Not to be all “oooh you’re hard” about it as I understand from a professional workplace point how it’s cost Punk his job, but I do think there’s a lot of overreacting to the severity of the actual fight. By most accounts Punk was verbally antagonised and offered by Perry to fight him, and all he did was shove him and front facelock him. It’s not like anyone was hurt or any real fighting happened. It’s handbags.
And I don't see how Khan feared for his life. And why not show thar footage if it exists? What's the big secret?

Punk did nothing wrong. The crowd chanting his name too. Hilarious. Please jeep embarrassing yourself Tony. Makes for great TV.Â

Did he? I must've never noticed that.
I'm almost certain he did. I saw it on a photo in 2014. When he turned on Roman and Dean. A extra layer of story.Â

Is it unreasonable for me to be annoyed he's wearing a Nike shirt?Â
He wore one in The Shield.Â

We’re really going to discuss who has the thinnest skin in wrestling? At this rate I’d put £5 on Tony ”Dweeby” Khan being able to take down Philip “Fragile Ego, Fragile Body” Brookes. And one has the look of Mr Burns physic, but the other has the mobility of him.
Are we now resorting to "My guy can beat your guy?"
If we are, I'll put money on Phil. He may be a shit MMA fighter, he's still a MMA fighter. Unless Tone is a shooter himself.

I'm sure we can all pitch in a ÂŁ1, will only take us 12 years but we'll do it for Bacon!

I saw it as The Rock trying to alpha him when he asked to hold the belt. As he’s never held that version of it before. He was essentially trying to be a bully. Even in the manner he spoke. A hint he’s coming after it because he thinks it looks better on him.Â
They had him and Gable lusting after belts last night. He was close to licking his lips looking at the IC title when Sami held it up to him.Â
Yeah, I don't get what people don't get? Rock was saying "Yeah, this feels right." While grinning. He may as well have said "I'M TAKING THIS FROM YOU, DICKHEAD!" To Cody.Â

A Shield reunion is one of the biggest things they still have left, so I'd actually be a bit disappointed by this. Unless they have it without the song, the fanfare, the name etc. I think it's a waste without all 3 present.
One day in the future that SIERRA HOTEL INDIA ECHO LIMA DELTA will hit for real and all 3 of them will come through the crowd and everyone (Devon aside) will lose their minds. I cannot wait.
Does Mox care though? I mean, if he truly cared about The Shield, he'd have stuck around. No doubt the reunion would feed families but I'm not convinced Mox cares. He enjoys his freedom unless it was a literal one night only.Â

So Rock vs Cody is happening then? They certainly teased it.Â

Do we reckon they'll be a new belt tonight then? Cody teased it.Â

Seth better turn heel. They’ve kayfabe made him look an absolute tit this whole mania. He’s eaten so much shit on the mic, when the top lads actually bothered to acknowledge his presence. He sacrificed his condition to help Cody and ended up losing his belt. Even after that he still took a Superman punch trying to help Cody. All of that and the only thing they’ve gave him is Diarrhea Dwayne. Heel him up fuckers.
He's the reason Roman lost though. Him taking the punch was for the greater good. I agree that he's a tit, But he was the catalyst for the whole thing.

It wouldn’t shock me if he retires tonight
Sapp speculated he could go on a HBK post WM 14 break, so he'd be gone for four years.

Well yeah, she’s not Morgan Freeman. Most people would have to put a voice on to sound more epic. It’s part of her job!
And I get that, I guess I just don't like obviously forced and fake reactions. She doesn't have to be Morgan Freeman but maybe act like an actual human?

Its the same as "I'm sorry, I love you". She didn't need to cry to make me think it was an emotional moment. Its all very first year at Drama.

I said fuck off out loud when she started “crying” when announcing Cody as the winner. They of course filmed her and it’s so ridiculously fake. She was honestly the worst part of Mania for me. I don’t get the love.
I thought Michael Cole would be the worst part as I do find him irritating. But he must have a new lease on life now Vince isn’t screaming down his ear. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had enough of him for a lifetime. But this was UK Championship Tournament Cole. A much easier listen.Â
I'm with you 100 percent. I don't need someone crying to tell me this is an emotional moment. I can see that with my own eyes. Its just a peeve of mine, She just comes across as fake. The way she pronounced the names of the states etc, its like she was putting on a voice to sound more epic, Didn't work AT ALL for me. But hey, if you like her, knock your socks off. We're all entitled to our opinions.

Look, lads. You can dislike her if you want, but just know that you’re wrong. Extremely wrong.

Could do without her crying, tbh.

I'm hoping they didn't do that because a) it was too obvious and b) they've got that planned for Summerslam. Â The fact is that both Rock and Austin are still healthy enough to do SOMETHING so please, let's not leave that on the table too long.
But yeah, great PPV again, loved the opener, loved the main event. Â Sometimes predictable is good, sometimes you WANT your fantasy to come true. Â And I'm not moaning about HHH getting his flowers, the man deserves it. Â He has worked away for years, learning his craft as a booker, built NXT and then had it taken away from him, got the book for the big shows and then got it taken away, had a heart attack and nearly died. Â He's stuck with it, and in the last 12 months since he's properly been in charge he's turned WWE round creatively and delivered one of the best Wrestlemanias of all time. Â Why shouldn't people be licking his arse?
Because he had a reign of terror 20 years ago!! /s

It wouldn't have been as satisfying if he beat Roman at 39. XL is the landmark. They broke the streak too. Every ten years,, 20, 30, it was a triple threat match. Not 40. Not a complaint at all. Just interesting observation. Â

They better not turn DM Hunk face.Â

This better mean one last Rock vs Cena is on the cards. Imagine the hype!! Imagine the video wall!! Imagine the video game stuff they could post to their socials!! Fuck, wrestling is best when it isn't wrestling, it really is.
It'd feed families!Â

I woke up to Cody celebrating. I still couldn't believe it. Great moment. Rock staying heel is a interesting move. What a ending. Roll on RAW!
