  1. Summer Sizzler has had Moose added to the card, I don't really know anything about him. Still only Bailey vs Scurll named so far.

Angle vs Zabre Jr is now sold out and has had Big Daddy Walter vs Damo added which should be good and also Osprey vs Bailey added, which I am unsure of as I don't like Bailey much.

  2.

Ha ha. Sorry about that. Been posting on my phone and I didn't notice.

From memory the balcony seats at York Hall are pretty great aren't they? Prompted by Big Benny HG's reminder that London is actually pretty bloody close I think it would be rude not to go to Angle Vs Saber Jr. I haven't been to the York Hall since FWA British Uprising 2 I think.

Some of the York Hall balcony seats are absolutely fantastic - great view. Others are utter dog shit - a long way away from the action and/or obscured view from the lighting rig. At £30 a seat it's great value if you manage a good seat and a total rip-off if you don't.

Thankfully, it's all unreserved up there, though, so if you don't mind getting there early and queuing, you should have your pick of the great views.

The unresserved part puts me off, otherwise I would probably pick the tiered. I don't always go with someone so know I stand a good chance of losing a good seat just going for a piss. This is why I went for 4th row Uprising, 5th for High Stakes and Summer Sizzler and 2nd for Angle vs Sabre Jr. At least I know what I am getting.

  3. Seemed to sell in their pre sale at a similar speed to Summer Sizzler. 3 big shows in 4 months for RPW is going to be a big thing for them. I imagine some people will see RPW for the 1st time at Angle vs Sabre Jr so could help sales for future shows. I saw it for the 1st time at Uprising last year and has attracted me, although I only go to the York Hall shows. I upped my spend, have gone for row 4/5 at Uprising, High Stakes and Summer Sizzler but got 2nd row for Angle/ Sabre.

  4. Put results and views in spoilers as many will not have watched yet.

Jushin Thunder Liger & Juice Robinson defeated Tiger Mask and Captain New Japan

    * Evil & Bushi defeated Tomohiro Ishii & YOSHI-HASHI. Evil pinned Ishii clean

    * NJPW Cup Semifinals: Tetsuya Naito defeated Toru Yano

    * NJPW Cup Semifinals: Hirooki Goto defeated Michael Elgin

    * Satoshi Kojima & Hiroyoshi Tenzan defeated Ryusuke Taguchi & Katsuyori Shibata

    * Okada & Sakuraba defeated Yuji Nagata & Manabu Nakanishi

    * Bullet Club (Tama Tonga, Bad Luck Fale, Takahashi) defeated Hiroshi Tanahashi, Togi Makabe & Tomoaki Honma when Tonga used the Gun Stun to pin Honma. After the match, Tonga brought out his brother Micah/Camacho.

    * NJPW Cup Finals: Tetsuya Naito defeated Hirooki Goto

Sets up Naito for IWGP and I honestly feel he should win to create a new top star, the right man won the trophy. Evil to feud with Ishii and soon to enter the Open Weight title scene. Kojima for the Open Weight title against Shibata, people like Kojima should be used to this as he is still a well known wrestler and successful. Liger vs Tiger Mask, I know it has been done a 100 times before but I still enjoy the matches. It also adds a tag team to the Bullet Club to replace Gallows and Anderson so could bring some fresh title matches.

  5. After Osprey makes his debut in NJPW a t for him may not be a bad idea.

I looked at the US version of wrestle crate and it is very similar, although autographs seem to be the same but the americans receive them on different months. The t-shirts are the same. Due to the t shirts I imagine they have to make ones that would appeal to them mainly. However they receive no DVD's but get lots of toys and it seems not worth the value. This gives me the idea that US indy dvds are difficult to get hold of at a decent price. To be honest I do not know how good US indy's are, I could only name a handful such as RoH, PWG, Evolve and CZW and I imagine none would be cheap. How good are the US indys outside those well known companies?

    I don't think I received any survey?

  6. In regards to night 1

How the hell does Fale get to go over Tanahashi? when I watch this I hope it is purely down to every member of Bullet club invading

Apparently they have annnounced the Super J Cup for August and have also announced Osprey as part of Chaos.

  7. Received my first crate yesterday. It's fantastic for what it is. I was so pleasantly surprised, and will definitely continue with a subscription.

    Spoiler question:

I noticed 2 unboxing videos linked from your Twitter feed got Johnny Mundo signed pictures. I got Chavo. Really pleased with it, I prefer it, but how often is it that the signed stuff is different?

    You jammy bastard.

Anyway further views after more time with the crate

I watched both DVD's. Watched Chaos 1st and that was a good show, although production values need to improve. 4 good  matches, a fine comedy match and a Rumble which plays off matches prior to it. They also show bits and pieces to help understand storylines leading up to the show. Show features Ciampa (some will love his match), Rhyno, a 30 minute Iron man match and a wrestler called Roger the cabin boy. If I lived near where the company promotes (Bristol) I would check them out.

Then watched WXW and that was a top notch show. All but 1 match was good to really good and that match still served its purpose. Sadly I only recognised a couple of the wrestlers. The show has English and German commentary options.

Would be happy to see either again included in wrestle crate. Both better than the recent 2 dvds. Seeing 2 shows from promotions that I have not seen before is what I wanted the crate for initially. Hope it stays along this track.

Only flicked through the comic but will read.

Wore the t-shirt yesterday and it is comfortable.

Watched 1 video of a guy unboxing and he loved the Kenny Omega t but had no clue who Okada was?

This is my 3rd crate and so far well above the rest quality wise. Hope it stays along these lines. Would I have purchased these 2 dvds? No. Am i glad I have them? Yes. I don't have to pick a promotion, I get helped picking the promotion. I get some wrestling t's and Kenny Omega is cool. The comic is along the same lines of the dvds. The autograph is a nice added touch. The dvds are the best part. I  hope dvds and autographs stay more important than toys. Maybe because I don't collect the toys but also I think they are more likable to more things, although I know some do not like autographs. Things like the comic book and the steveweiser bottle opener are good because people would not think of them and then think hey this is actually cool.

  8. What is in the big version, not sure which is basic box and what is an extra item. By far the best box so far, no bad item in it. If the box is like this every month then I will pay the money. Found prices for 3 items which total over £30 for them 3.

    Kenny Omega t-shirt, looks nice

Okada poster-one of my favourite wrestlers, nice.

WXW 15th Anniversary tour finale 12/12/15 dvd, has english commentary option $15 plus postage from Smart Mark video.

Signed Johnny Mundo Lucha Underground picture.

Headlocked The last territory comic book (looks really good) $15 plus postage if bought direct.

  9.

Shibata or a pointless football match that most likely won't feature England?

Most people's teams aren't in the World Cup final, but they still watch it

I agree and think it could hurt the turn out. Many wrestling fans will not have seen much of Shibata anyway. Unless they were struggling to get any other June/July dates I think it was a mistake. They need to make sure they have a stacked card to get numbers in.

  10. From what I understand Sanada has not been in Wrestle 1 since last year and does not want to go back. I quite like Sanada and would like him in NJPW as I feel he could bring something.
