That was recent wasn't it, wouldn't be surprised if he lowered his rate to get more bookings.

Summer Sizzler has had Moose added to the card, I don't really know anything about him. Still only Bailey vs Scurll named so far. 

Angle vs Zabre Jr is now sold out and has had Big Daddy Walter vs Damo added which should be good and also Osprey vs Bailey added, which I am unsure of as I don't like Bailey much.

From memory the balcony seats at York Hall are pretty great aren't they? Prompted by Big Benny HG's reminder that London is actually pretty bloody close I think it would be rude not to go to Angle Vs Saber Jr. I haven't been to the York Hall since FWA British Uprising 2 I think.

Some of the York Hall balcony seats are absolutely fantastic - great view. Others are utter dog shit - a long way away from the action and/or obscured view from the lighting rig. At £30 a seat it's great value if you manage a good seat and a total rip-off if you don't.

 

Thankfully, it's all unreserved up there, though, so if you don't mind getting there early and queuing, you should have your pick of the great views.

 

The unresserved part puts me off, otherwise I would probably pick the tiered. I don't always go with someone so know I stand a good chance of losing a good seat just going for a piss. This is why I went for 4th row Uprising, 5th for High Stakes and Summer Sizzler and 2nd for Angle vs Sabre Jr. At least I know what I am getting.

Not seen that match yet, only the Naito vs Okada match which was great but I still feel they could have a better one.

If the show finishes at 9pm you should be ok but could be tight.

Seemed to sell in their pre sale at a similar speed to Summer Sizzler. 3 big shows in 4 months for RPW is going to be a big thing for them. I imagine some people will see RPW for the 1st time at Angle vs Sabre Jr so could help sales for future shows. I saw it for the 1st time at Uprising last year and has attracted me, although I only go to the York Hall shows. I upped my spend, have gone for row 4/5 at Uprising, High Stakes and Summer Sizzler but got 2nd row for Angle/ Sabre.

I'd be shocked if that did not sell out. Wonder how much they will be charging for it. I hope it doesn't affect tickets for Summer Sizzler due to the shows being so close.

Got my ticket for Summer Sizzler, first 6 rows all sold out. Wanted to get 3rd row but missed out, so went for row 4/5. Seeing Shibata and Ishii sounds good, can't wait for further names which I imagine they will announce after Epic encounter.

After Osprey makes his debut in NJPW a t for him may not be a bad idea.

I looked at the US version of wrestle crate and it is very similar, although autographs seem to be the same but the americans receive them on different months. The t-shirts are the same. Due to the t shirts I imagine they have to make ones that would appeal to them mainly. However they receive no DVD's but get lots of toys and it seems not worth the value. This gives me the idea that US indy dvds are difficult to get hold of at a decent price. To be honest I do not know how good US indy's are, I could only name a handful such as RoH, PWG, Evolve and CZW and I imagine none would be cheap. How good are the US indys outside those well known companies?

I understand the standard does seem better value with 2 dvds and a t, but the extra was good. I thought the WXW DVD and the book would have been the extra items.

Have 8 events of RPW, not watched them all and will watch all 8 again before signing up but I will eventually. If they put all shows up it should be worth it.

In regards to night 1

Received my first crate yesterday. It's fantastic for what it is. I was so pleasantly surprised, and will definitely continue with a subscription.

You get charged automatically unless you cancel before 26th or 28th of the month. I have cancelled each month and waited to decide whether to sign up again, you have until 12th to sign up again.

They give vague clues, although for this month they mentioned it included 5 countries and was NJPW heavy which got me to re-sign.

High Stakes was done by about 10pm which I think was the time given.

Rev Pro is due to finish at 7.30pm. According to the Euro 2016 site the final kicks off at 9pm CET which would make it 8pm our time.

If it finishes on time I would miss 30 mins which would not be so bad.

What is in the big version, not sure which is basic box and what is an extra item. By far the best box so far, no bad item in it. If the box is like this every month then I will pay the money. Found prices for 3 items which total over £30 for them 3. 

 

Shibata or a pointless football match that most likely won't feature England?

Most people's teams aren't in the World Cup final, but they still watch it

 

I agree and think it could hurt the turn out. Many wrestling fans will not have seen much of Shibata anyway. Unless they were struggling to get any other June/July dates I think it was a mistake. They need to make sure they have a stacked card to get numbers in. 

vs Tanahashi 9/2014. Cannot remember the exact show. 

Shibata announced for Summer Sizzler, will likely go to that show but will give the reading show a miss.

From what I understand Sanada has not been in Wrestle 1 since last year and does not want to go back. I quite like Sanada and would like him in NJPW as I feel he could bring something.
