They've done this at a few HOFs now, so not sure which one you're referrring to. I was at the 2017 one and a lot of them ripped into Cena as he gave a classy induction speech for Kurt Angle. The fans really pissed me off generally over the night. It was my first Mania, so I dressed all nice for the HOF, treating it like a somewhat formal event. Two guys behind me were an absolute embarrassment, to the point I really hoped people didn't think I was associated with them. They reeked of booze and constantly shouted obscene things, especially at the former Divas walking past us like Candice Michelle and Christy Hemme. Would have been a bit much for an Attitude Era Raw, let alone the Hall of Fame. Absolute tossers.

I was there too, wasn't there some bitch fight in one of the upper tiers during the disabled lad's speech (Eric LeGrand I think his name was) or am I making that up?

  2. There was a fair amount of clapping on our road, it was lovely. I live in inner london and even though it's a small gesture made with minimum effort, that type of civic mindedness is something I think we need more of as a country. We are all in this together and have more in common than we all think!

  3. The Godfather's entrance from Wrestlemania 2000 is hysterical, it's just a completely different world.

As soon as he comes out the camera zooms in on someone with a sign proclaiming "THERE'S A LOT OF HOE'S IN ORANGE COUNTY!", there's a "Ho" in the red who stacks it near the ring steps but its *just* off camera so she's spared further embarrassment, and Ice T repeats the same line ("pimpin ain't pimpin ain't easy mayne") about 50 times over the house mic.

Edit - also the line "hoes start running when they see his car"

it's not so much a local talent/squash match thing as them trying to help out with bookings for talent that are losing work because of the Coronavirus, so I expect some of them will be competitive matches. Hopefully they pick up Suge D, he's great.

    Brother of Heavy?

I know wrestling can be a distraction during this time, but watching any of it at the moment just depresses me.

Just do what I'm doing and eschew wwe tv until Wrestlemania, at which time I'll feast on the glorious wrestlecrap. Planning to still watch Dynamite though as long as it goes on.

  6. Any ideas whether people will still be able to move house? Got a right lout of a neighbour who is supposed to make way for a new tenant in April according to our landlord, and I really hope this doesn't mean they'll be forced to delay moving in and the current dickhead stays put.

I've had 20% of my pay cut today so could do with some good news :D

The Maradona documentary is on Channel 4 at 9pm. It’s fucking brilliant.

Caught the tail end of it, and while it was really interesting, I was gutted that it didn't go over USA 94 and the World Cup in 2010 where he was manager
