  1. I don't know the answer, but I just wanted to say thanks for reminding me of that game. This weekend will most definitely be a write-off now.

Haha no problem. It's a great way to kill time. Unfortunately too much time killed is usually the result...

  2. EWR fans, can you send a save file to another computer and open it on that computer and carry on the game?

My laptop was out of action for 6 months and I was playing on a replacement netbook. Got my laptop back and had a really good game going on the netbook that I'd like to carry on playing.

  3.

Is that meant to be Dean Malenko??? Jesus. Their figures seem to have seriously regressed in quality over the past few years.

I think it's his absolute double

    Same.

Some of those are absolutely incredible. I haven't bought a figure in about 10 years and always thought the Mattel ones looked crap but some of those may seriously tempt me depending on price.

  4. Remember that older couple that always wore those bright green and pink tops? They were always spotted at various PPV's and the odd Raw for years. Seems like they've disappeared. Maybe his redundancy money dried up.

Anyone got a picture of these guys? A friend of mine mentioned them before but I couldn't picture them at all.

  5. Finished listening to the Del Wilkes interview yesterday. Was really interesting, and I agree with Rick regards the god stuff. He didn't harp on it too long or try and shove any kind of beliefs forward and if that is what it took for him to turn his life around then so be it.

The kickstarter for the doc has made it's target and there are still 3 weeks to go on it. I'm tempted to donate towards it as after listening to that interview I do want to see the documentary. A pledge of $40 (£25) gets you the 2 disc DVD of the doc, your name on the credits and an autographed 8x10, which I don't think is too bad

I too enjoyed the interview with Wilkes and if I had the spare cash Id have made a donation.

Jericho has been the stand out again for me recently. I've got over my "he's an unbearable twat" thinking recently and while I still think he is, he seems to get the best out of his guests and I find myself enjoying his show the most at the moment. His interview with Big Show was ace.

I also really enjoyed JR and Mike Tenay. It reminded me how much I liked Tenay before he was lead announcer for TNA. Could have listened to those two chat for hours, so I'm looking forward to part two next week.

  6.

The real reason why Rick Rude died? [posed as questions]

Did Rick Rude inject his penis with viagra. as he lost his knackers to cancer?

He thought he could get an "instant" hard on so he could screw alot of broads.

But instead he got an infection and his nut's swelled to the size of cantelopes. [HTM said so] [check your sources]

Dr;s had to cu everything away.

Then he went home and killed himself with pills and possibly drink?

The family says that donations can be made in the memory of Ravishing Rick Rude to the American Cancer Society. [when a person dies can u have donations to a cancer charity? [/size]

According to Bret Harts book, Rude was faithful to his wife, so not sure you have the right info there.

Yep. Loads of wrestlers have backed that claim up too. You'll struggle to find a bad word said about Rude.

The ending went on for far too long. They didn't look like they had a clue what to do after a while. Really anti-climatic stuff. Not sure if it was anything to do with Noble getting injured though. A lot of the Authority stuff this week didn't make a whole lot of sense to me. They seem to be backtracking the storyline.

When Rollins came out to interfere in Kane/Ambrose I thought "Wouldn't he be worried about Lesnar?" Then later before he went out, he was worried about him. Bit inconsistent.

I love Lesnar and all of that, but I'd rather Seth holds on to the title.

Yeah, was thinking about that too. Can't see them doing the Lesnar thing again after last year so expecting a cheap finish. Dunno if they'll set something up for Lesnar at SummerSlam or whether they'll leave him off it because it's got more chance of selling on it's own?
I thought the exact same about him fearing Lesnar. Little things like that are really lazy. I know they wanted to do the whole Rollins trying to win back The Authority, but perhaps they could have tied that in with him being on the run from Lesnar? Surely Lesnar would know Rollins is backstage and would have gone looking for him. The Ambrose thing wasn't necessary either. That can be picked up at a later point but I'd assume Rollins would be more concerned with Lesnar than being an open space causing more trouble for himself.

Overall it's okay but there's some stuff that doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

EDIT: Missed your second point Rick, I have a feeling they may have Sheamus cash in and set up Sheamus vs. Lesnar. Not sure though. Just a theory.

  8. That closing segment was the most elongated horseshit I can ever remember closing Raw. Seth's never ending apology that no one in their right mind could possibly give a fuck about, Lesnar selling for fucking Kane and then a beat down that made those tedious nWo segments look dynamic.

Sheamus vs. Reigns was a cracker. The IC title stuff is decent. I'm struggling now.

  9. Finally got around to watching Nightcrawler last night, I've had it sitting on my shelf since the day it came out on DVD.

I thought it was excellent, I love the noir setting and it's just a really great story overall. Fairly unrealistic I'd assume but it was a great movie to get lost in for two hours. Jake Gyllenhaal is increasingly becoming one of my favourite actors and he delivers here once again.

  10. Someone will be talking about Nandos next, those chains are all mutton dressed as lamb or mashed cows anuses dressed as prime cuts.

Just had a Chicken and Mushroom Pot Noodle, tastes better than i remember.

Beef and tomato Pot Noodle is pretty special.

  11. I really enjoyed Michael Cole's "This relationship is moving along" line when Ziggler kissed Lana. I'd like to think it's the start of a weekly assessment based on what they do on the ramp.

Ziggler slips a hand down Lana's top - "Dolph and Lana have become exclusive, King"

Lana dry humps him against the ring steps - "This relationship has progressed to meeting the parents for dinner, King"

Lana rapes him with a strap-on - "This can only mean one thing, King, Ziggler shagged Lana's Dad"

That genuinely had me laughing out loud because I read it in Cole's voice. Brilliant stuff.

Seriously though Dolph Ziggler has really began grating on me lately. There's no part of his character that I like.

  12. Have they got any PS4 services yet or can you watch through the browser? My laptop is out of action at the moment and I've been meaning to sign up for a while.

  13. My mrs ordered me a zinger once by accident. I was literally strapped to the toilet in tears for about 30 mins the following morning. I'm usually good with spicy food too so not sure what went on there. Never again.

  14. Well if you want to hear a new track, they've just uploaded 'Circle:

Soulfly have announced a UK tour to co inside with the release of their 10th album, 'Archangel':

Jul 25: London O2 Academy Islington

    Jul 26: Cardiff Globe

    Jul 27: Birmingham O2 Academy 2

    Jul 28: Manchester Club Academy

    Jul 29: Sheffield Corporation

    Jul 30: Stoke Sugarmill

Was actually coming in here to post that myself! What do you think? I like it. That guitar riff is crunching. It's a bit of a blend of the two albums.
