I am intrigued at what talent that 5 star will get on their shows seeing as they annoyed 100% of their original roster. I know money talks but if you were a talent would you have confidence the show would go ahead this time?

And it's fair to assume the lot they had who were due to do the World Of Sport tapings were even more annoyed considering that marked the second time in like 2 months they'd lost a big booking and had to scramble to fill their diaries. Especially seeing how more and more of them are focusing on making it a living which no doubt is not an easy thing to do with something that involves travelling and having to hitch rides among other things.

  2. Where was it the thing of them canning the tour over the Manchester Arena bombing came from? Granted, their show there was in December originally when the arena reopens this weekend with the tribute gig with Noel Gallagher headlining, so it wouldn't have been in the window where the events in their calendar were cancelled or moved to alternative venues for obvious reasons. But it certainly has been a strange ride with that lot to say the least with their questionable investments among other things.

  3. I always liked it. Adds a layer of prestige to it. This is the top championship. Let's make it a big deal. Why not? Agree with NXT at and the lights. That's brilliant. Though just like main events at say, WrestleMania for example. Only in exceptional circumstances should it not be the Championship Match. For example. Rock v Cena: Once (Of Twice) In A Lifetime. Although, that made sense seeing how both entrances were bookended with a pair of live performances and it was almost an hour before they made them and the match started when you count Brodus Clay dancing with his Momma which was cooling things down after Punk v Jericho.

  4. Was there even anything definitive that suggested Hogan was removed from the Hall Of Fame just because they removed his references? Even without it, he certainly was better off staying away for the time being because of the Gawker trial. He's listed in the latest edition of the WWE Encylopedia and they've been showing him in old footage more recently. It was always going to blow over eventually. Surely?

  5. Doesn't seem to have gone entirely well. Pete Dunne got 11 stitches from a bad Pedigree onto the belt at Battle Pro in the States the night before, so the UK Championship Match v Jack Gallagher got cancelled. Now it seems they've encountered issues regarding transport to Boston. Several stranded in New York. Hopefully they've been able to pull something out the bag with that. From what I've seen, they had a cracking crowd last night mind.

  7. We all know most wrestling retirements are like rock band farewell tours after all. How many has he done? I remember when he appeared at PCW a few years ago and for an April Fools Joke, they announced a TLC Match between him and Mastiff and people were marking out at the prospect which was a great laugh. I joined in to play along as you do since they did set it up as a midnight reveal as another match.

Whilst I agree they should have done the title switch, all that would have happened was #cancelwwenetwork and they'd have all been back at the next set of tapings

I still think it just should've been a Dusty Finish. Eva hits the Sliced Red as she called it. Got the pin just to see the crowd lose it. Referee quickly realises Bayley's foot is under the rope and orders the restart. I think it would've totally been worth it to see the crowd reaction. I bet deep down, a lot of them wanted to see it for that reason.

  9. Arguments are something every couple has, it's fair to say. I'm engaged and we've had them and we came to the conclusion early on it's not much of a relationship without them. But not like that. Never at all. You can have good and bad days together, but getting to that point is really alarming.

They all sell out in under 5 minutes nowadays. I'm going to have to get a season ticket for next year

If these sellouts are anything to go by, it's going to be interesting to see how much next year's season tickets sell out in the renewal presale.

  11. I was in my local Smyths today for a nose. They had some AJ Styles figures in. Have to consider what one to get. Anyway, they just had Brock Lesnar, Ultimate Warrior and John Cena in. Also went to B&M and that 4 Horsemen boxset looks great. They have loads of Basics for £6.99, so if you're near one. Might be worth a look to see if they've got some in. They had some that were around last year. Blue suit Lana, Undertaker and the First Time Bayley and Kevin Owens were in mine.

Also, I notice Smyths have a tough time selling those Zombie and Alien figures. They're in the bargain bin. They had Paige and Roman Reigns zombies mainly. They've not sold very well. No idea why do another Zombie series. Kevin Owens and Sasha Banks look a laugh with their Bite Owens Bite and Legit DEAD shirts mind.

Not got many figures in recent months due to trying to work out if I have enough space as I moved some figures from my bedroom wall to make way for my Hardy Boys WrestleMania plaque to the cupboard for the time being, but I did get The Vaudevillains Battle Pack from The Entertainer they were doing Battle Packs half price at £11.50. Can't go wrong with that seeing how Basics go for £10. If you're near one, again. Worth checking what they have, though they don't get much new ones in I've noticed.

This is probably not going to be a popular opinion, but I'm not a fan at all of the six-sider for regular wrestling. I really wish they'd only use it for special events.

The downside is they're a lot stiffer than your standard 4 sided. So, they're not as easy on the wrestlers in ring. It was good in the early days because it made them stand out as not many outside Mexico use them. So it really looks something different. Eventually they went back to it for a few years until the 6 sides returned. It was one of the things that immediately popped out when I first came across TNA. They did bring it back for Destination X 2011 while they had 4 sides as a one off which was a cool touch.

  13. I noticed in Birmingham the other week, they had no wristbands on the seats as they normally do. I know I should really have brought this to someone's attention at the time, but it's easy and fair enough doing that. Find a seat, reserve it by taking it. Even though the first time, people still asked if seats were taken when they clearly weren't and I wasn't really in a position I was saving one. Did they not have any wristbands on Sunday either?

Just listed to the show (recorded last week), he just talked about the Amped shows (which were held in Vegas) and mentioned they are how they want to present the shows. Penzer seems a cool guy.

Who'd have thought this would be how they'd finally see the light of day? It's strange for something that originally was planned as a 16 part series and they'd even had TV deals for them.
