  1. WWE have released a statement on the matter.

“WWE does not discriminate against individuals regardless of age, race, religion or sexual orientation, and we continue to proudly support Fred Rosser (aka WWE Superstar Darren Young) for being open about his sexuality.

Unfortunately, WWE cannot change cultures and laws around the world, and thus we did not send Fred Rosser to the United Arab Emirates for our upcoming events for his own protection.

WWE also fully supports Fred Rosser’s right to express his views on personal social media accounts rather than WWE’s corporate platforms.”

  2. Yeah, we were at Leeds in 2002 as well but were quite a way away from all the skit that went down. We could see the smoke though but not close enough to be what you call involved in it all.

We were towards the back corner of Midgard at last years Bloodstock. Aside from the one night of bin jousting it was real easy going and a stones throw from the all day breakfast van.

I too never understand why people camp on the main footpath. I suppose it takes the hassle out of stepping over ropes but if it belts it down and the ground just go to shit your fucked

  3. Main Event airs in international markets and on Hulu in the states. Sky played their exclusivity clause for Main Event when the network launched in the UK as part of the new TV rights deal that was signed in 2014, meaning that WWE could not broadcast it's own show on it's own network. It's WWE's own fault.

  4. Nice to hear Corey Graves give Lynch some stick "mis-use of the devil horns".

Balor/Itami was really good, but the finish did seem to come quite quick, I'd have like just a couple more minutes to build to it. I wish Balor would drop the Indy-difficult stomp finisher though.

Have they ever faced off before? I was always under the impression that KENTA being in NOAH and Devitt working NJPW would mean their paths hadn't crossed. A couple of years back this was probably one of fans' top dream matches

  5. Oh yeah, the one Family Guy reference too. That gets annoying. Long gone are the days when the shouting had a theme. Once at Leeds Festival we had a name an old wrestler theme, which then somehow change to old Footballers and someone broke all of us by shouting "TONY CASCARINO!"

  6. The camping experience depends on the festival I find. We had a great time last year at Bloodstock with the exception of some pillocks bin-jousting on the Saturday night. Download is fine for the most part if you can up with people shouting the same Game of Thrones reference and singing Tenacious D 'a 'Tribute' mimicking every Jack Black inflection all fucking weekend
