  1. Bono, if your close by I'd phone up, just be polite to them on the phone and ask. If they say no and your local I'd go ask at the box office. And if not maybe tweet Coker/Bellator account saying dissapointed you laid out early money etc and now people late to the game getting better seats for cheaper.

  2. Mayweather, long term planning if things pan out nicely, makes sense as the money would be fucking ridiculous. Even for a silly kickboxing exhibition between the two. I don't buy much of the back and forward between them as being remotely serious. They both likely have major respect for each other considering they both love cash and have made a ton of it fighting. Theres tons of huge money ufc matches for Conor. A lot rides on the next Nate fight though. Another beating and it could damage his hype significantly.

  3. Hunts fairly durable, Brock goes into disco dancing mode if he gets caught and Hunt has ridiculous power, I'm convinced he's gonna try submit him, got accas with Hunt KO and Brock submission.

Agree on the Dc thing, don't think he's good value for such a risk.

  4. Alright,

So far I've got three bets down, will lay out some more with money input later but figured I'd use this as an opportunity to also see what I've got etc.

    Bet 1:

3 Fold: Lesnar by Submission, Velasquez by KO and Jones fight bet is void in slip.

£1.70 on that originally returned 21.08 it's probably now around the 10-15 pound mark with the loss of Jones.

    Bet 2:

Brooks, Northcutt, Jones (Void), Dillashaw, Lewis (Won last night), Miller/Takanori over 0.5 rounds, Velasquez fight over 0.5, Tate fight over 1.5 rounds, Hunt to win, odds at 16.59 with a couple of quid on. Retuning likely around 24 with Jones out.

    Bet 3:

7 Fold: Edgar, Velasquez by KO (Again) Hunt by KO, Northcutt fight over 0.5 rounds, Cormier/Silva under 2.5, Nunes, Dillashaw.

Odds are at 38.91/1 for that.

I only chuck a fiver on each ppv event, play small figures with big outcomes, rarely comes off but when it does it's a decent pay out. Odds are a little messed for this event still.

  5. Big fight that, would love to go but stand no chance of being able to afford this. I'd reckon tickets will be £120 cheapest and upwards going off Joshua prices.

  6. There's been tons of stuff about shifting love though hasn't there? I get the idea and to a point I like it but fuck me it again keeps the two horse race NBA continue.

I don't see Westbrook going to Cleveland, what can they offer OKC other than Love? Westbrook likely to end up in LA or somewhere similar for a re-build and eventual run at a championship.

  7. Just had a quick look and WTF I've just got Brock to win by submission at 8/1 with unibet. Seems ridiculous to me. I know he hasn't fought in a while, I still fancy Hunt, but fuck me Lesnar the former wrestling state champion against Hunt who's been submitted a few times at that price...

    Will put more on later.

I've gone for this whilst that Brock odd is great value.

    Lesnar submission

Cain/Travis KO/TKO/DQ Finish From Either Fighter

Cormier Jones to go over 2.5 Rounds at 16.74/1 odds. Chucked a few quid. Seems worth a shot.

Poster above is right, best day to bet is probably 5/6PM Our time Saturday. People have started drinking then and the odds become better value with people sticking money on the hopeful bet rather than the thoughtful one.

  8. Word going round summer league Orlando press box yesterday was Russell wants a trade ASAP. Couple of teams interested, although his lack of willingness to commit beyond a year so far is gonna dampen that. All for what it's worth that.

Okc made some good decisions last week, next big one is on Westbrook.

  9. Sport is about business and legacy, and this is a strong move for both. Warriors are going to be damn near unstoppable.

As much as I agree, Sports is also about competition and this Warriors super-team really does kinda put a stop to that point at least in the latter stages of the season.

As for Westbrook, someone rightfully pointed out on RealGM with a trade for him he could potentially just walk next year right? You'd have to likely give-up a lot for him to move. Is it worth losing valuable long-term assets potentially for a 1 year boost?

  10. No surprises really, he's spent time over his career spouting stuff online about having a dislike for players jumping on the bandwagon of successful teams and how he wishes to be the #1 guy on a team after always being #2 or #3. He's blown the opportunity of being the #1 guy at the Celtics and more importantly has delivered a giant middle finger to OKC by joining the team who's just knocked them out of the playoffs after being 3-1 up.

I know in the end it comes down to winning a championship ring, but this is the worst way for him to go about it imo.

  11. Maybe they got Rondo to promise he wouldn't be a dick? Nah maybe they just see it as a risk and perhaps Rondos had a new lease towards playing this year. A lot of money, but he's a solid player, if his heads straight he's good to have around the locker room.

Crawford took the big money offer.
