Anyone catch KSW? I saw the two main events, Pudzianowski fight was a laugh for as long as it lasted. God almighty is he jacked. You can see even in the clunky way that guy moves he's on a ton of juice. Just such an awkward but enjoyable fight to see. Manowski/Maguire fight was one of the most one sided affairs I've seen all year, not seen either guy fight before but Manowski looks the business based on what I've heard/read and seen tonight. Maguire defended alright for a bit but offered fuck all else.Â

The stuff on God not giving him a son, as God doesn't see him as mature enough was hilarious in its own right. This is the guy with four young daughters, yet would be up partying every week, get tied up in a hit and run coke case etc and he can't understand how he isn't mature enough? Those kids could have some serious mental issues in the kid the way Jones acts.

Hearn's grown on me through the IFL videos, he seems likable when he isn't in promoter mode. Here's more on Haye ripping Hearn though.
-
Thought Haye was spot on regarding Hearn. Can only think the BT/BN deal is gonna force better competition between broadcasters.
-
Been granted a boxing license in California let the speculation begin...
-
Agreed, Dempsey's more of the anchor, he'd just have a few questions and fire them at Barnatt to answer, thought they worked well together. Better than a David Haye who works BAMMA and who clearly read a fighters record on Sherdog going into a fight...which is something Bas Rutten is guilty of in the WSOF.
Â
Wondering if Dempsey is going to be involved with BT's new Boxing deal, be cool to see a crossover between them.
Yeah I reckon he'll be on-board he does other stuff for BT if I remember correctly anyway. Maybe they want him on all of their fight coverage.Â

Woodley is the biggest gamble for me to tonight. He really either comes out and brings the a-game or is getting laid a beating by Wonderboy. I have no idea what's happening there.
-
And we're back! Here's another excuse to lose shit loads of cash
What people going for tonight? I've placed just the one bet down so far.Â
Pimblett, Fishgold (Both Cage Warriors) Chookagian, Khabib, Weidman, Joanna, Woodley/Wonderboy - Under 4.5, Alv/Conor either fighter to win by KO/TKO. £1.50 returns £29 -
From what I understand basically BT have got a deal to bring the channel over to their package. I'd imagine they've taken some shares in the company, although that's just a presumption rather than fact. Press release says they're hoping to do 20 live events across BT Sport channels that are simulcast on Box Nation - I'd presume this is for those on Virgin media and some other cable services that have existing deals with BT to provide customers with the BT Sport channels in their own TV pakages rather than charging a standalone extra fee like Sky Sports do. Deal seems good to me, exposes a channel to a lot more customers than it was currently doing so there'd been rumors circulating for a while now that BN has been basically in free-fall the past year or so due to lack of content and cancelled fights. Warrens been basically pissing away money on it. This deal gives them some money to pump into signing up a few exclusive deals and should also mean Hearn has to produce better cards generally speaking to stay top of the game, he's had it easy for quite some time now as the only real boxing promoter with a prominent TV deal.
Warren now has BT and Channel 5 on-board, in-theory they must be looking eventually at building some stars through Channel 5 then sending them over to BT behind a paywall. -
Download France added Green day to yesterday. That's a killer line up. Got tickets to Blink this morning at Bournemouth.
-
Box Nation is now part of the BT Sports line-up. That's a pretty fucking big deal if you ask me.
-
They where running adverts during the last few BT Premier league games for this show supposedly so that's worth something.
-
Whole debate thing was hideous.
-
Don't think they have a deal anymore - Remember Spike/TNA fell out and they've moved networks twice since then. They also just mention Lashley's 'pro-wrestling' schedule rather than TNA specific schedule during the broadcast.Â
Â
Don't think Lashley would pass much, if any of the USADA tests, guy's absolutely jacked. PED's for the win. Looked impressive though.
-
Thought it was widely documented he's bi-polar no?
-
I was gutted I never got to see it, they took it down quickly right?
-
Yeah, the decision to call it of at that time was slightly questionable I guess, but I've always gone with the idea that when your own corner want it stopping, they know you best, they know your done. They're can't really be to many complaints. Also Brook really was offering nothing back and looked to be out of it when GGG was unloading punches on him.
-
Fucking hate Faber. Useless prick.
-
Cage warrior's was alright. Main events both fun. Pimblett is the business though man seriously.
-
Â
ÂBrook vs Khan in 2017 then.
Â
Â
Can't see Khan wanting any of Brook.
The huge cheque part I reckon Khan wouldn't mind. Right now other than Paqman there's no other huge fight for Khan available.
-
Yep. Agree with that.
-
Picked up Brewdog's bottled Dead pony club and Punk IPA as well as Goose IPA for the UFC tonight. I know the Brewdog stuff gets hit n miss reviews but interested in trying Goose.
-
If you can get it, I'd say a stoppage by GGG between like the 6-8th round might be good value. Not sure if bookmakers off that.
-
I wouldn't waste time with a draw I just can't see it happening. Brook is at long odds and non of the press really see him having much of a chance other than Sky's BS. Its always difficult stepping up in weight and against arguably one of the all time greats. It'd be a huge upset if Brook won.

The two top fights should be a good laugh for as long as they last. Joshua unless he somehow gets caught, which I see as near impossible, should comfortably win within a few rounds again. This is pretty much his final 'tie-over' fight from interviews I've seen with Hearn this week before he moves onto super fights with Wlad/Fury/Haye etc.
Â
The Whyte/Chisora fight is probably the more interesting of the two. Fancy Whyte based on how poor Chisora's last fight was, that and Whyte has a half decent chin on him and can throw. The gloves are off show between them was fucking diabolical though. Comes across as completely contrived, there's something about the way McGregor builds his fight that makes it come across as natural. Same goes for DC/Jones 1. The whole lights going out, Johnny Nelson screaming for help, pure embarrassing. Saying that I'll still be watching it Saturday night.
Â
Elsewhere you've got Connor Benn and Katie Taylor in showcase fights, not sure if Benn is on the PPV portion of the show? He's fun to watch, but he really is beating bums.
Â
Oh, and this really isn't worth my £16.95.
