  1. I knew something was up last week when they didnt have "Into The Fire" start or end the show. It's a shame because I've never even heard "Into the Fire" before NWA Powerrr but it became a huge reason why I carried on watched. This new Pantera song does not fit in with how the show presents itself plus whoever edited the new intro video didnt really do a good job.

That segment between Eli Drake, James Storm, Aron Stevens, The Question Mark and Trevor Murdoch made me smile so much I think I've broken my face. Wonderful face to face between Aldis and Scurll to close the show too.

That was great when Murdoch said he had a question and Steven's pointed at Question mark and said "So Do I". Loved that segment.

Only thing that was missing from this episode was the Into The Fire intro and outro. I hope they havent stopped using it.

Shame about Stu Bennett, unless they're going to a three or he's taking over from Galli.

I don't think Stu Bennett has been replaced. He is an addition to the broadcast team.

  4. Yes I think it was the first episode of Challenge they showed with Mick Foley in a Tag Team match vs The Bulldogs in a squash match.

Loved watching the build up to Wrestlemania 3. I think they stopped airing them during the build up to Summerslam 88 with WCW worldwide

  5. Great episode again. I just love the whole feel to the setting. Tim Storm again plays such a great good guy that I just want him to be champion.

When Powerrr started I thought Eli Drake was just a Stone Cold rip off, now it feels like he doesn't even care that he's ripping Steve Austin off so blatantly that I'm starting to enjoy him haha.

  6. I havent watched Raw in years. Watched parts of it as a farewell thing as I dont have BT Sport which means I will never see new WWE content again and I'm more than happy with that. But that wedding was horrible because of Lana. Really bad acting and not even in a cheesy way. Plus why did she start talking in her Russian accent breifly? Bobby Lashley played his part well though. Overall I'm glad WWE is officially over for me and will always fondly watch old WWF on youtube and my old vhs tapes when I have the time.

  7. Really enjoyed the new episode. Nothing felt like a filler. I quite like The Dawson's, I really wanted to hear what they wanted to expose 😂. Aaron Steven's is brilliant.

They fit so much in within the hour it's what a wrestling show is supposed to be.

  8. I wish they inducted the entire nWo. Would love to see guys like Scott Norton, Buff Bagwell, Scott Steiner, Dennis Rodman, Vincent, Konnan, Stevie Ray, Fake Sting, Eric Bischoff, Giant, DiBiase, Muta, Chono, ETC all on stage in nWo shirts 1 last time with the nWo music playing. I'd tune in for that.

  9. Fun watch again. It's crazy how much you can fit in 1 hour. Didn't feel rushed just felt like a show with alot of energy.

Aaron Stevens' Hunter Hearst Helmsley bow with the wink after was pretty amusing.

Great to see Trevor Murdoch back.

Love Austin Idol, I preferred his school commercial better but hes just a great guy to watch.

All in all another solid show and the characters are developing nicely.

  10. Man I love Trevor Murdoch! Big belly bastard who wants to fight. And his opponent Ricky Starks was very charismatic in his post fight interview.

I want some Tony Falk waffles!

Another solid show! Everyone on the show looks like they are having fun and it's quite contagious as a viewer.

  11. Watched the live stream of Powerrr last night and have to say it was the best wrestling show I've seen in years. For real this is better than any WWE show in the past few years and better than last weeks AEW Dynamite.

It was just fun to watch, the production was on point, the match lengths were how they should be and the interviews throughout were brilliantly done.

It had that anything can happen feel to it and I loved it. I didn't even know who Tim Storm was but really wanted him to win. Plus Jim Cornette was brilliant.

  12. Vince McMahon and Paul E. Dangerously in the mid 90's would have been good. I know Paul joined in on commentary with Vince and King for the Ecw Raw episode but more a full time thing with just Vince. Maybe on Shotgun Saturday Night when they held it in around New York in 97.

  13. Goldust was one of the best things to happen to Dustin, and Goldust was one of the best things to happen to the WWF. That 95-97 run was brilliant.

By the time the nWo took over WCW he would have faded away or joined them and be just another guy

Confession: other than the clip of that kid saying Bulldog's going to win whether he wants to or not, I've never actually seen Summerslam 92. It was just before my time and I've never gotten around to it. Reckon it holds up?

The Model Rick Martel vs Shawn Michaels is my favourite match on the show. Loved the mini build up to this and the match was fun to watch. Sherri was the star in this.

  15. I started watching WWF in 1990 and it felt so different by 1993, then 1993 seemed so different to 95. When 97 rolled around it looked like a whole different show compared to what i started watching visually.

WCW nitro completly changed up there sets atleast 3 times in the few years they were on the air. The first was obviously their best but atleast it gave the shows a new vibe.
