Scotland's coefficient is lower than the Isle of Man's now, surely. Knew I should have put a tenner on Ferencvaros.
Actually I believe Scotland are up to 14th place in the coefficient. To the point where we will have TWO teams embarrassing themselves in the Champions League Preliminary Qualifying Round next season.Â

I put ÂŁ10 on the SkyBet Special (both Ferguson and Gaethje to be knocked down in the fight 10/1). Watching live and with a head full of beer I could have sworn both were down at some point. However, SkyBet have settled the bet as lost this morning.Â
ÂOther than the Waterson fight, I thought all the rest delivered. Although I felt the judges got a couple of the decisions wrong.Â

I hate to admit it but when you don't have scales and you need to bake is the one time American cup measurements work. You did great @stumobir!
On an unrelated note: most people know that I've done some cooking in my time. If you're down to the dregs of your cupboard, or want to use your free time to try cooking something new, or cook properly for the first time, and you'd like some advice or inspiration, please feel free to ask in this thread or PM me. I have the week off work, the doctor is in!Â

It's also fine if people think less of those that do.Â
Iâm fine with you thinking this.Â
ÂI donât necessarily agree. But thatâs fine too.Â

Then microwaves will be correct year round!Â
Thatâs if they were correct to start with. The clock on our hob in the kitchen has been completely out of sync since we moved in (8 years ago). Fuck knows what time zone the previous owners of the house were running with.
8 fucking years Iâve been dealing with a spike in my OCD every time I enter that room.Â

I'm certain I've mentioned before that I'm an NHS employee and live in Scotland so I'm sure this isn't relevant for the majority but I just wanted to say to those Bagpipers playing whilst everyone was clapping at 8...... your spoiling it for everyone.
I thought the piper near us really added to the occasion. However, it was only a single piper and he solemnly played highland cathedral while everyone else clapped.Â
ÂIf it had been multiple pipers of varying quality all trying to play different tunes then I can imagine it would definitely take away from the moment.Â

I presume this is a precursor for when HHH, Kane or the Undertaker inevitably  take part next year.
Then they can tag them with the Chosen nickname Mr Royal Rumble.Â

TIL that Nikolai Volkoffâs brother played in the 1974 World Cup, the 1976 European Championship, won the UEFA Cup in 1983 and managed Tony Cascarino and Fabian Barthez at Marseille in 1995.Â

I took a piss next to Roy Hodgson in the BA Lounge at T5 in June.Â
ÂFuck knows how he manages a football club because he seemed very reliant on his wife to find some seats, get some food, get some drinks, find out what gate to get to etc. She also stood outside the door to the gents toilets waiting on him like she was his carer.Â

Is there somewhere online that lists every fuck up, mistake and controversy the tories have been involved in since the election was announced?

I expected it to be utterly terrible, but the taste itself wasnt unpleasant at all, though the alcohol burn was bloody strong!Â
I think itâs got a nice nutty caramel like taste. You are right about the burn though.
Adding ice to it (like you would a whisky) helps. Â

got charged at and attacked by a cow today, shoulda known better than to walk through the fields when they have young calves close by, it really shook me up, and hurt quite a bit. I am lucky i didnt get trampled, otherwise i may not be typing this
Fairly cut up on my legs and arms and my watch broke, but could of been worse i guess
careful around cows peeps
due to this, i am going to have many beef burgers tomorrowÂ
This has nothing to do with the cattle attack. Are denim hot pants and black trench coat your usual walking attire?

Is that a bad photo or has Foley lost his DDP Yoga DVD?

Am I making this up or was this a non PPV event in the UK? I seem to remember watching the whole event the following day but doubt Iâd have paid for an event that was not Wrestlemania.Â

I refuse to believe any 25 year old male in 2019 thinks that is a great barnet to sport.Â
-
But I donât think itâs insane to think today that the Celtic team that won the EuropeanÂ ï»żcup back then comprised of not only all Scottish players, but players who had all been born within a 30 mile radius of Glasgow itself.ï»żÂ Â For the reasons Iâve just mentioned.
Â
It would be insane for it to happen in the current era however.Â

Even as a Celtic fan I always feel this statistic is over egged. In the 60s, players very very very rarely moved between countries meaning that most squads were made of domestic players only.Â
Scotland were ranked in the top 5 in the world in 1967 and 50% of the Scottish population lived within 30 miles of Glasgow.Â
*30 mile radius covers approx 2,800 square miles.
