In a beautiful moment, Coventry City reserves allowed Wrexham to take a place in the draw for the fourth round. Cov let them know they could win at any moment but, like letting the div kid score a penalty in a school game, the forum’s favourite team showed why they are the favourite by sidestepping so the plucky little Hollywood team can get a bit of publicity.

How high do you rate Gyökeres?

  2. So just to confirm, The Tory Cunts voted against an idea that was in the manifesto of which they gained their mandate?

How the hell can a General Election be forced from this point?

They're not just Tory Cunts anymore, they're Dumb Tory Cunts.

  3. I tried, I really did, but by fuck it's worse than The Hobbit by such a long way.

I couldn't make it through the last episode. Both me and the missus found ourselves on our phones, Galadriel did something and we both sighed and rolled our eyes.

We looked at each other and both exclaimed 'This is shit' at the same time.

We binned it off and decided to watch Better Call Saul from the beginning.

It's awful television, pitiful even. And it's in a strange position that if point out it's shit you get called a racist.

If it gets renewed I'll be very surprised.

  4. Just got done with episode 3.

I'll give it one more I think, then I'll probably sack it off. I couldn't give two fucks there's a black elf, and female characters are 'being represented to be stronger than men'. It's poorly written, woefully acted and for the most part god awfully fucking boring.

    Dragons win.

  5. Poch will be going to Sevilla once Lopetegui gets shitcanned.

Can see Lopetegui coming to Wolves too, him and our owners have had a love in since before they bought the club.

Crossing all my fingers Diego's medical goes well, the one thing we've missed in our team for years is an absolute bastard on the pitch, was gutted Palinhina went to Fulham, and Costa fits that role to a tee. Hopefully he'll grip the fuck out of our fancy widemen and get them doing more through fear of being locked in his boot and only let out for training.

One of the online rags says this deal opens the door for them to swoop for Neves, how would you feel about that?

    Lazy journalism.

I think even if United came in with the £70 million required, I'm not sure Ruben would want to leave anyway, especially for United.

Most respected links close to Neves suggest he wants his new contract sooner rather than later. His wife loves the City and has just got a job at New Cross Hospital (maternity ward I believe). It'll be Barcelona or Real that will prize our Ruben away. Don't think it'll help United's cause pissing off Uncle Jorge's biggest client in then going on to get Neves.

Is Adama still on your books? What's happening with him as I'm guessing Lage is not keen on him, hence loaning him out last season.

    Still here, currently 'injured'.

Sooner he's gone the better, shite player. Think a lot of Wolves fans were expecting mega money because he 'gets them off their seats' (genuinely people prefer that to actual talent) and they all had a wake up call when he went to Barcelona and did absolutely fuck all because he's wank.

Rumours have been circling of Sevilla, Valencia or another of the Europa League Spanish teams coming in for him, but I doubt they will, and he'll walk for nothing next summer.

Saying that though, Kevin Thelwell at Everton keeps looking at our dregs (Dendonker) so he could go there.

Teeds, what’s the general reaction with your lot about Coady joining us on loan? The majority down here are buzzing over the signing and how we’ve managed it

Obviously gutted that Coads has gone, but it's moreso because of the man he is, not the player.

Of all the players my eldest has met, he's the one that took a good five minutes out of his life to speak with her and was genuine with his love of her as fan as well as all fans. An absolute top bloke and probably my favourite ever Wolves captain.

He is however exceptionally limited as a player, and can only play that role in the middle of a back three (which Lampard clearly wants him to do) he has little to no pace but fuck me can he ping a ball on the diagonal to a winger.

Wolves are clearly trying to evolve away from Nuno's squad, and he's one of the last of the promoted team standing. Or was.

Loads of Wolves fans are moaning about the transfer, but I think it's been done so tastefully for a loyal servant of the club. He needed a move to stay in Southgate's mind for the World Cup (he should be nowhere near that squad) he wasn't getting game time soon, he could move closer to family and not disturb his lads footie coaching. Apparently Everton couldn't pay up straight away so this loan deal was sorted just for him, and we'll get the cash next season.

Whether or not it works out for you I don't know, he looked sus playing in a 3 for Lage, and only looked decent for Nuno's system. Hope it does though, and hope he does go to the WC but obviously not in place of Kilman, maybe for that absolute fraud of a capped player Mings.

  9. The one game I played a hell of a lot more than I should have was Vib-Ribbon. Amazing game that.

I loved my PlayStation, so many amazing games, in that era where look was important, but it still needed the gameplay.

I bought mine with paper round money. It came with Tekken 2, Wipeout 2097 and awful game called Tunnel B1 and Destruction Derby which was great.

A lot of kids shows are far more entertaining if you view them like that. In The Night Garden especially.

I imagine In The Night Garden is a documentary about groups in lower socio-economic areas and their struggles with homelessness and drug addiction.

Bing is clearly 'Never Let Me Go' for kids.

Putting slants on shows like this were the only things that got me through them being on the telly. Never had to make up any shit about Bluey ... Because it's pretty fucking awesome.

We got a VPN in our house just so we could watch season 3.

  11. I have a theory about Bing, it's set in post apocalyptic world, where due to radiological fall out humans have mutated I to more animal like beings.

Due to the radiological atmosphere, organ transplantation is required on a higher frequency so genetic clones are farmed. These clones are looked after by robots designed to look like cuddly toys that keep the clones safe, but allow them to get away with all sorts of shit as they'll be harvested in six months anyway.

I fully expect the final ever episode of Bing is the whingy little cunt being lead to a darkened room and suffocated so as to not harm his internal organs.

Flop gets reset and walks back to the house to find another Bing and the process repeats.

  12. Flat Pack is my favourite episode.

It chronicles the evolution of man(dog) and man's struggles with the Gods, as well showing the journey a parent and child make together as they grow, with eventually the kid leaving and the parent ascending to heaven.

All that in just over five minutes.

Also adore Pass the Parcel and I'm fully on board with Lucky's Dad's rules as a means of preventing raising a nation of squibs.

  13. It's a difficult balancing act that Labour have to play now. You go the Socialist route and you're portrayed as the evil that almost installed Comrade Corbyn and turned us into Venezuela. Proved by Johnson continually lambasting the most centrist of centrists in Starmer for being behind Corbyn.

You play the centrist route, the one that will more than likely get you in Govt, and you're turning your back on what the party stands for.

What Labour need is a left leaning Blairite with a northern accent and a dose of charisma.

So when are the party just going to admit it, and pull the trigger on Andy Burnham??

  14. If this leads to Burnham coming back to lead the party then I'm all for a bit of infighting.

I hope to fucking God it does.

I was willing to give Starmer a chance, but his messaging is just so fuzzy and unclear to everyone involved, I think he needs to move on.

asked if there was any reason her judgement was impaired.

What an absolutely abhorrent question, who the fuck actually cares? Someone has taken advantage of someone else, don't make them feel bad about it.

  16. CBBC always timed the start of shows to coincide with CITV adverts.

Fuck Grange Hill, let's go and meet the gang at Palace Hill (your mother wouldn't like it)

  17. I always found it somewhat seasonal too, CITV always seemed better in the winter.

BBC had some amazing shows on it like Round the Twist, Dizzy Heights Hotel and Alfonso Bonzo, but CITV always had the more edgier and funnier shows. Shows like Round the Bend and Zzzap would never see the light of day on the Beeb, but we're top shows that I loved.

I always felt CBBC was let down by Blue fucking Peter and Newsround, CITV would be on my box at that time, but an eye on the time and a finger Ina remote for Neighbours starting.

  18. I heard after shagging some lass in a cleaners cupboard on the proviso she'd get a job in No. 10 he went to hold the door open for her to exit, but realised 'chivalry is a hate crime' so allowed her to open it herself.

She didn't get the job in Downing Street, but has since been given excellent references and the funds to move to Australia to work as long as she keeps the baby a secret.

Fucking Woke, first time the working classes have voted this way, has he forgot Thatcher?

    Ugh.
