1. Roughly at what point did fans start going "woo!" everytime a wrestler would do a chop?2. Did Austin and Benoit ever have a one-on-one match on PPV?3. What was the Tombstone called before the Undertaker was around? (I'm guessing that's his gimmick name for it anyway)

2. Nope, they wrestled in a 3-way at KOTR 2001 and thats as close as it gets on PPV.

Don Muraco used the move in the WWF for years before the Undertaker came along, and it was just referred to as a reverse piledriver
I always wondered about that, as I'm sure I've watched videos of WCW in '92 and they mentioned Tombstone Piledriver, when 'Taker hadn't been around long and not in WCW. Did they also call it a reverse piledriver when the Dynamite Kid used it?

Would be interested in this answer. Around '98 sometime? It can be a little strange watching mid-90s wrestling with no 'woooo-ing'.

It was sometimes called a tombstone piledriver when Dynamite (and others) used it, long before the Undertaker debuted. As far as whoo-ing goes, you always got it with Flair, or at least as far back as I can remember. You also always got a smattering of it with anyone else, particularly if they were hard Flair-style chops. I guess it's just become more common now the same way lots of crowd interaction has.

Mero's theme is generic stock music that can be bought and used by anybody for pretty much anything, other 'famous' incidents like this are Crash Holly's theme appearing on various porn channels and apparently Nash and Hall got their WCW theme from watching porn in a hotel room.

I think those woo's would be few and far between. During Flair's WWF run, I'm pretty sure there were practically no woo'ings at Flair's chops, and definitely sure there were not at other hard-hitting chops. In the NWA/WCW there were more for Flair, but I'm sure it was only until '97/98 it was really noticable then moved on to everyone else's chops.

The difference is probably that he got less of it as a heel, more as a babyface. It's probably only since everyone stopped caring about the difference (and Flair become a full-time nostalgic babyface) that it's really exploded for everyone.

Sorry if this has been asked before but I have heard many people talk about being taxed when they have purchased stuff over the net from the US and had to pay up when the stuff has been delivered. The reason I ask is that I am wanting to buy a few things from ROH Wrestling but I don't really fancy being hit with this. Mainly is there a limit as to how much you can purchase before having to pay this 'tax' and how much is it if so?Sorry for the lack of detail and the poor wording of the question.

That's pretty much correct. I'm pretty sure the heavy wooing after a Flair chop only really began to occur once Flair made his return to WWE in late 2001/2002 and began wrestling again, WWE pushing nostalgia over everything else at the time were high on Flair and showed plenty of vignettes and shit dedicated to him and WWE history and such and thus Flairs wooo was insanely over with the fans, proceeding to happen after just about anyone used a chop. Woooooooooooooooooooo!

It's when Customs gets hold of you.Usually, they'll intercept anything heavy or with expensive content - and they'll know how much it costs, as it's written on the outside for the purpose of air mail. Then they'll issue a charge for you to pay before you can have it.Stick to stuff under Edited by freaky_jason
