Eddie was in the ring with Eamon Darcy when he was interrupted by Soultaker Salem, Salem tried to talk Eddie out of his match with him later in the night as he was that confident of beating the ROH Star, instead Eddie challenged him to an Irish Street Fight! After 20mins of action Eddie was victorious countering a Chokeslam into a Victory Roll for the 1-2-3! Despite how stale these shows look nowadays, IwW must be doing something right. Ten years is a lifetime for an indy. Â What made you change the format of the shows from, say, 2005 - 2007, to what we see now? They really were the glory years for Irish wrestling. They really were the glory years for Irish wrestling.  Well done to IWW, 10 years and still going strong!   Hey Wretch, it's not the exact same roster as 5 years ago, besides 2/3 lads most of the wrestlers have been with us 3/4 years with 4 new trainees debuting recently! But your right with the recession it wasnt feasible to keep running shows with so much talent (along with our training school moving nearly 2 hours out of Dublin). 05-07 was a great time however in 2010 we actually ran the most shows we ever had in one year so we're just keeping doing what we do running (for the most part) profitable shows, getting TV/national coverage etc.  But thanks! 10+ years is great to still be around!
