IwW would like to thank all the fans who attended all our shows this year. It was without a doubt our busiest year with nearly 70 shows being run throughout Ireland & Northern Ireland (with IwW doing a 101 matches in a stretch of 9 days!). We hope to improve in 2012 & welcome any (constructive) feedback, ideas, suggestions etc that you may have. IwW returned to action this past weekend with the 1rst show & 1rst Sell out of the year! The Supermodel, fresh off appearances on the BBC & TV3, retained his International Heavyweight Championship against TJ Meehan however he could not overcome the former power lifting champion in the Royal Rumble match up! IwW's newest trainee former MMA competitor Stevie Campbell made his debut on the show too with a hard fought loss to Captain Rooney! Thanks to everyone who made this a great weekend back for us :)

It was a great night to be an IwW Champion as both Skaterboi Jeebus & The Supermodel retained their respective titles, also IwW newcomer Stevie Campbell overcame Irish Whip's resident superhero Captain Rooney, with help from Tat2 Charlie, in the biggest screwjob since the movie Drive failing to win an Oscar for best film ever. Big thank you to all the fans that made it a great show :)

IwW returned this past Patricks Weekend to bring the totally number of counties we've covered this year to 7! Recent debuting IwW stars Stevie Campbell & The Galway Grappler continue to impress with The Galway Grappler picking up a win againt IwW's resident Superhero Captain Rooney & Stevie Campbell putting up a great fight, but ultimately succumbing to IwW Zero Gravity Champion Skaterboi Jeebus. IwW's International Heavyweight Champion also continued to knock back former Powerlifting champion TJ Meehan to retain his title.

IwW returned to Letterkenny this past weekend. At the show The Supermodel & Soultaker Salem destroyed their opponents TJ Meehan & Hometown Hero Stevie Cambo with chairs after two questionable victories leaving the tag team main event in doubt however TJ & Stevie not only competed but won the tag team war after a facebuster on a chair to Soultaker Salem!

IwW returned to action this past weekend with two shows in Tipperary. Soultaker Salem won a #1 contenders match against TJ Meehan after interference from the Galway Grappler. However TJ got his revenge & regained the #1 contenders spot by pinning the Soultaker in a No DQ tag match.

Good to see IWW bringing in top US indy guys again, it's been a while. Think a road trip down from the north is called for.

 

 

Thanks Road Warrior its something we plan to do alot more of this year!

 

Good stuff. I miss the days of the supershows and the likes of CIMA, Styles, Daniels, McGuinness, PAC, Generico, Rikioh etc all coming over. I don't mind driving down to Dublin for the larger shows but don't forget us in the north either! :-p
