What??!

Dynamic Pro Wrestling, in association with Wakefield Metropolitan Council, return Ossett Town Hall on May 7th with a fantastic and massive offer!! FREE WRESTLING!!!

Door Time: 6:30pm

Bell Time: 7:30pm

How??!

We are planning a blockbuster of a show to say thank you to both our present and future fans with a fantastic blow out of free wrestling!! On May 7th we will bring our usual brand of live in ring action back to Ossett Town Hall and will featue both the Dynamic Pro Wrestling British Champion and the NEW Dynamic Pro Wrestling Tag Team Champions alongside many of our usual roster members.

What??!

Fresh from the most successful and well-received DPW show in history, Dynamic Pro Wrestling has seen a drastic shift in the fallout of 3 Years Old! The DPW British Championship now stands in the shadows of Colossus Kennedy, after having ended the 2nd championship reign of Cameron Kraze. Mad Man Manson and Martin Kirby acheived the seemingly impossible by upending El Ligero and Bingo Ballance in a sensational Tournament Final to capture the Tag Team Championship, in a match that saw Kirby seemingly put Ricc Dombrowksi in his place and embrace the cheers of the fans (and MMM) for the very first time. Furthermore, CJ Banks continued his winning ways, forcing a huge tapout victory from Dean Allmark, whilst Joey Hayes overcame the rage and wrath of Dave Mastiff!

Now, as DPW moves into it's next year of business, we retun to Ossett Town Hall for another blockbuster evening! With this, we are pleased to announce our huge main event!

With the DPW Championship now in the monstrous grasp of Colossus Kennedy, 2 men will enter Ossett Town Hall on May 7th in a bid to be crowned the Number 1 Contender at August Anarchy. The first man will be the former 2 time champion Cameron Kraze. Kraze is still reeling from his loss at 3YO, as despite a tremendous gutsy effort and the achievement of knocking Colossus off his feet on more than one occasion (including a Powerbomb from the top rope, through a table!), it was Kennedy who was deemed the Last Man Standing and the new champion as April 2nd came to a close. However, Kraze has lost the championship before and knows what it takes to reclaim the gold, having defeated CJ Banks for the strap on 2 seperate occasions. Is it fate that the most recent of his championship reigns began at Ossett Town Hall itself back in December? Kraze will once again try to rally his hometown crowd behind him as he begins to scale the mountain.

Standing across the ring from Kraze on May 7th will be a man who enters the title hunt for the very first time. Joey Hayes has featured in some marquee matches in DPW, teaming with Jonny Storm to defeat Kid Kash and Dragon Aisu, opening the seminal 2 Years Old show in a thrilling 8-Man Tag Team Match, and most recently defeating the debuting Big Dave Mastiff last month. Hayes has proven popular every time he steps into a DPW ring, and DPW Management have decided to inject the young Mancunian star into the Championship limelight. Hayes is no stranger to gold, both in the UK and overseas, having held major titles in GPW, XWA, NBW, FutureShock and recently holding the Dutch Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Championship.

Certainly, the audience will be split when these 2 fan favourites headline May 7th's outing, as both man must put aside their mutual respect for each other in order to take their place as the rightful Number 1 Contender for the DPW British Championship!

General Manager Position Filled!

The position of DPW General Manager has never been an easy one to fill, or one without controversy. The brutal tyranny of Christopher Brammer has been well documented, and when his reign came to an end courtesy of Kris Travis at August Anarchy 2010, it seemed a new era would take place, as Travis won the job for himself. However, when personal problems caused Travis to be relieved of the position, DPW was once again left without a General Manager, a situation that has lasted over 6 months now. However, after a lot of meetings, and a lot of discussion over wether or not the man was right for the job, DPW Management have decided May 7th will finally see the big reveal of Dynamic Pro Wrestling's NEW General Manager!

With the nation engulfed in Royal Wedding Fever, DPW has decided to bestow it's faithful with it's own present by announcing the next 2 matches for next week's huge return to Ossett Town Hall!

At DPW 3 Years Old, in one of the most memorable matches in the company's 36 month history, the oddball team of Mad Man Manson and Martin Kirby made his history by defeating El Ligero and Bingo Ballance in a dramatic Final to become the first ever DPW Tag Team Champions. During the match, Martin Kirby appeared to finally have a change of heart when his own personal official Ricc Dombrowski tried to hand the belts to Kirby (and himself) for the most innocuous reason, only for Kirby to refuse the championships in that manner, and firmly told Drombrowski, "Why don't you stop being such a d*ckhead?!" to a huge reaction from the sold-out crowd! Ricc then stormed to the back, and Kirby and Manson went on to capture the gold. After the match, Kirby finally embraced Manson as his partner, a totally different scenario from 12 months earlier, when Kirby was originally forced to team with the crazed lunatic. It finally seems like Martin Kirby has taken to the idea of teaming with such an individual and it has resulted in championship gold!

After the match, Dombrowkski reappeared and told Kirby that he'd 'show him', implying that he'll pay for his attitude towards the referee. It remains to be seen what Dombrowski meant by this.

Regardless of what Ricc's intentions are, Kirby and Manson will have to remain focused on May 7th, as they make their first defence of the gold, against a team that elected to SELL their spot in the tournament, The Myatt Legacy. Father and son, Keith and Ryan, defeated Sam Bailey in a Handicap Match in the Quarter-Finals, but then decided to accept Prince Mohmed Ameen's offer of buying their Semi-Final spot. Now, The rough and ready Myatts return to DPW to challenge for the gold. Before their brief departure, Keith and Ryan had experienced a decent amount of success in DPW, with Ryan especially capitalising to score a few victories in tag affairs. On May 7th, The Myatt Legacy look to return to Dynamic Pro Wrestling and upend the new champions in record time!

We are now nearly 5 months into 2011 and come May 7th, CJ Banks will still be undefeated in this calender year. Having made good on his promise to prove that he doesn't need the British Title to stand out as the premier athlete on the roster, Banks has forced submission victories over Robbie X, Sam Bailey and, most recently, former TNA and Dragon Gate star and perennial UK talent Dean Allmark. Each man has fallen victim to Banks' Texas Cloverleaf hold, and Banks doesn't seem intent on stopping there. Whatever challenge is thrown up against 'The Juice', he seems convinced he can make tap out.

On May 7th, CJ Banks will face an old rival, and one that possesses a very real chance to halt the Submission Streak. A man that has faced Banks all over the United Kingdom, and twice within DPW. On May 7th, Banks will go one-on-one with 'The Mexican Sensation' El Ligero.

Despite the Tag Team Tournament loss last month, many people are saying that El Ligero is in the form of his life, tearing the house down across the UK week-in and week-out, captivating audiences. The high-flying cruiserweight has been a staple of DPW ever since the very first show, and has consistently been in the upper tier of the company. However, the 2 times that Ligero has faced Banks, it was to challenge Banks for his then-DPW British Championship, once in a singles encounter, and another in a Triple Threat Match involving Cam Kraze. Ligero came up short on both encounters, however in his 36 months in DPW, the luchador has never tapped out.

Can CJ Banks be the first man to forced a submission from the fiery Mexican, or will El Ligero be the man to stop the streak?

The current card stands as follows:

DPW British Championship Number 1 Contenders Match

Cameron Kraze vs. Joey Hayes

DPW Tag Team Championship Match

Martin Kirby and Mad Man Manson
