Paid Members Egg Shen Posted December 5, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted December 5, 2011 don't like the sound of that BAMMA thing, if it's on at 10 surely it wont be a live broadcast cause the show will likely finish around 10.30. Hmmmm... Â im working so i wont be watching live anyways, might be a better bet to avoid spoilers and get the HDnet broadcast that airs live in America when it becomes available online (although id have assumed its the same thing that'll be shown on SyFy?). Paid Members Egg Shen Posted December 5, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted December 5, 2011 more on BAMMA...unless that listing changed id avoid the SyFy broadcast, it's only an hour long, the HDNet broadcast is 2 hours.

Paid Members neil's bitch Posted December 6, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted December 6, 2011 Just a quick Ultimate fighter related question, saw the Bisping/Miller fight, and blimey he can take a punch! Was mainly wondering if UFC will keep him on?

Was mainly wondering if UFC will keep him on? More than likely he'll get another fight or two. If he loses again though he'll be on shaky ground. I've never really seen him fight before so i couldnt say to much either way, but he didnt half take a pasting in the final few rounds.

Yeah, I think he's better than he looked against Bisping, but I guess time will tell. Â I've just read this interesting interview with SpikeTV President Kevin Kay, where he discusses the Ultimate Fighter & Bellator; Â Seven years ago, the owners of the Ultimate Fighting Championship were making last-ditch pitches to keep their company alive. They needed a television deal, a way to expose to the masses what they saw as exciting and marketable about mixed martial arts. The initial pitch was regular live fights on television, on the order of boxing
Paid Members Snake Plissken Posted December 6, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted December 6, 2011 Dana has publically stated that he wasnt impressed with Miller at all, 'basically the most one sided fight in UFC history' so there is plenty of speculation that he'll be dropped straight away. I personally think he'll be given one more fight, possibly with Cung Le as who wants to stay in the UFC and who wants to progress their TV/Film career more type of match. David
He also said that he thinks it may have been jitters that caused his performance, so he'll more than likely get another fight.

I did see that most guys said it was "Adrenaline dump" which is a bit of kick in the nuts for him, but hope he gets another match so i can see what hes all about. Swift89
It would be stupid to cut him, they have just spent the whole of the Ultimate Fighter building his character up and getting him known by the fans. They are putting on so many shows these days that they need as many 'name' fighters as possible.

If he doesn't perform in his next fight though, his jacket will be on a loose hook I reckon.
