Paid Members Arch Stanton Posted January 2, 2009 Paid Members Posted January 2, 2009 Jeff Hardy. Looks like Jeff's gonna be taking this one, but I can't argue with that... he gets my vote too. To be honest, it's not been a great year for babyface characters, I think all my favourites in WWE right now are heels. They don't seem to have many faces that really connect with the older demographics. John Cena has decent matches, but his character is aimed way too young for me to really get into him. Shawn will always entertain in his matches, but let's face it- his 'character' is basically that of a soppy bible-basher and HHH's occasional sidekick. Not cool. CM Punk is a good face, but he hasn't set the world on fire. His passion comes across as being more forced that Jeff's, even if the opposite may be true. Jeff's still the better perfomer in my opinion.
