Articles referring to basic life advice or the blindingly obvious as "hacks".

ÂI keep getting posts from /r/showerthoughts on Reddit, and some of the drivel on there just makes me wonder how a lot of people make it through life.

I love this account. Another gem.Â
âBlimey-oh-riley. I didnât see that coming.â
Nice to know he just goes on air and reads whatever is put in front of him without vetting it first. A true, modern day Anchorman.

Poor Matt: he can slap a tornado, dry up a sea, but canât stop an A-Train.

Seems wrestlers asking fans to âname this moveâ on Twitter is the new âHereâs a list of people I want to do a wrestle withâ.

Daniel Radcliffe:
Itâs also bizarre to see Harry Potter (and Neville) sat in an Attitude-era WWF audience.

I would have happily had The Batman endâŚ
Spoilerwith the Riddlerâs capture. That final act with the waterlogged O2 just felt completely unnecessary and superfluous.

Can we also get an interview with Steven's aunt? I'd be interested in hearing her take on all this.Â
Wonder what happened to that âinsiderâsâ podcast the Instagram page was promising?

Went to Newcastle show and it was a good night, if a little unrelenting. No interval, and no real break in between matches. There were no video packages, it was just match, minute or so from Tom Campbell, match, minute or so from Tom Campbell, matchâŚ
Also sat next to four or so guys who were absolutely pissed and probably the knobheads who started the âwe love Eric Youngâ chant. One of them just kept shouting âWe love you, Ericâ and âhave my babies, Ericâ every 10 seconds. It was barely amusing the first time. It wasnât amusing any of the dozen or so times after.

I was under the impression that most of the UK tour was getting recorded to be chopped up for the next couple of monthsâ of the TV show, before moving production to Vegas?

At least when you share your Alistair Green shite itâs his attempt at presenting something in a comedic fashion which obviously will have an audience as humour is subjective. This guy literally just copies the clip but with that terribly overdone dual perspective that all social media comedians do.Â
Iâd still watch this 100 times before watching a grown man pretend-sobbing over a child or pet âdyingâ.Â

Just got myself a ticket to Rammstein next year.
Wanted to see Rammstein live for years now, but Iâm the only person in my family and circle of friends who likes them, so going to do the same as what I did with Depeche Mode a few years ago: go on my own, and then have a couple of days in the city.

Backed up by examples other major shareholders doing the same this time around or Vince having a history of taking loans out against his WWE shareholding?
You think Vince is the only person who wants to pay as less tax as possible? If shareholders are getting a windfall, they donât want to pay a lump sum of it away in tax.
A quick Google:Â https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/5-ways-rich-people-make-money-debt-habeeb-mahmood/
Itâs what rich people do. Elon Musk does it. Jeff Bezos does it. Rich people donât stay rich by paying taxes on income and capital gains like ânormalâ people do.

Vince doesn't seem to think it was enough otherwise he wouldn't have taken out a $85m loan to be repaid in 6 months.
You do realise this is just how rich people live, right? They borrow against their wealth, and can then deduct the loan repayments from their tax return. You even point out yourself itâs convenient timing because itâs exactly that: a way to reduce the amount of tax paid on that lump sum once it comes to the end of the year.

If your âmind goes blankâ and the âpressures of live entertainmentâ and thatâs your first thought or default, then thatâs not the excuse he thinks it is, itâs just telling everyone heâs homophobic through and through.

The only football game I played on PS1 was ISS Pro â97. The A.I. was a bit crap and you could easily rack up like, 32â0 in a game just by running up field, around the keeper coming off his line, and smashing the ball in the net.

The board of directors? So thatâs no one seeking professional advice then?

@Your Fight Site Was it 1PW who stiffed you on a payment for a website you designed so you took the website down until they paid? Absolutely top level move to people who think they can fuck people around and get away with it.Â
Yeah. That was a Rodd-era shenanigan and a mini-site for when he had booked Shawn Michaels, though.
He promised to pay me from the first couple of ticket sales, gave him the benefit of the doubt, gently âremindedâ him for a couple of days after, he just ghosted me so I pulled the site. Canât remember if he did pay or not, as think the whole showâand maybe the companyâfell apart after. Canât remember if this is before or after Danny started directing people to a mysterious Lord Someone-Or-Other as the point of contact for people chasing money owed.

Does anyone actually fall for them?Â
Yes. And almost you by the sounds of it đ
In all seriousness, as kev says, if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. It costs a few quid to run ads on platforms like Facebook, so itâs easy to set up a Shopify store, run a Facebook ad campaign promoting something at too-good-to-be-true prices, take a load of money for orders, and then for the store to be shut down overnight. And Shopify wonât do fuck all either; theyâll just point you to the vendor, who isnât going to bother replying from the @gmail.com address associated with the store.Â
