i would love for next weeks promo to show the figure sitting down (for the floor angle again), and the figure rests a ballbat next to his chair, just to give us even more hope that its him lol.
That wouldn't give hope though, that would just be a giveaway. Who else in boots and a trench coat is synonymous with a baseball ball?

Could it all be a big swerve though? making you think its taker, then sting turns up? or a double swerve? like Taker does turn up.........then the stinger shows up!
Do you really think it's a swerve though? Or are you just saying it could be a swerve because that's the only way in your mind something like this could mean Sting. I think it's the latter.
-
Sadly its being reporting the promos are very much for the undertaker, and although prior reports had said hes either been in talks or signed on with wwe, its now being said WWE hasnt even spoken to him!
Â
Could it be a double swerve? Looks like sting, its actualyl taker.......sting turns up anyway?
Or it could be Undertaker.
Â
C'mon. I'm a huge Sting mark too, but I'm not going to get excited until there's more solid proof it's Sting (i.e. come the 21st). We've had it before where they've been reports Sting's going to sign with WWE, but never quite makes signing the contract. I remember the time around SummerSlam in 2004 being rife with rumours Sting was going to d

And Warrior and Sting came into the business together too didn't they? I believe they got the face-paint from being in the same tag-team?
Indeed. The Blade Runners. Warrior was Rock, Sting was first Flash, then became Sting.
-
I think the only thing that was wrong with it mainly, was Stone Cold's heart not being in it. Undertaker Vs Ric Flair was alot of fun as well.
The sad thing is, Scott Hall's sell of the Stunner was magnificent!
-
That would've helped to improve what turned to be an absolutely shit Wrestlemania.
Â
Jumping the gun already, but if Sting does come in and it's not just a one shot deal, Vince should be pleading with HBK to get back in the ring; Sting vs Michaels at Summerslam would be as much of a dream match as vs Taker at WM!
Shit Wrestlemania? I guess it doesn't look good inbetween 17 and 19 (In my opinion the two best Wrestlemania's they have done), but 18 was much better than any of the other's that decade other than the two I have mentioned and perhaps 23.
Yeah. WrestleMania X8 wasn't that bad in my memory. RVD vs. Regal, Christian vs. DDP, Kane vs. Kurt Angle, Hogan vs. The Rock, and Triple H vs. Chris Jericho. Even the women's match was good from what I can remember.
-
J.R. commented on his website three days ago that he doesn't see Sting in WWE, or vs. Undertaker at WrestleMania 27. Did any one see this?

ppv record was great and built around sting - he bombed as champion (AGAIN)
a rating winner - how ?
if he was great he could have saved WCW and one of reasons it failed
Â

Not one person could have saved WCW. Especially a performer. You muppet.
Â
Sting didn't bomb as champion, as each time he won the belt the crowd went bananas. He was one of most charismatic guys in WCW. That's why no one will boo him when he's being put out as a heel. That's almost unheard of to be staunchly cheered no matter what your alignment is.
Â
Not bad considering Sting never wanted to be a professional wrestler.
-
Thinking about it some more, it makes you wonder what made Sting agree to work for World Wrestling Allstars, but knock back Vince McMahon.
-
Did Sting ever hold serious talks with WWF during the 90s?
Not sure about the 90s, but I know after WCW closed Sting retired, and Vince tried numerous times to get him on board (after the Invasion angle).
-
is it sting or not, the rating wont go up. never a rating winner or ppv attraction, hes was the nearly guy

I can only assume from the preposterousness of your comments and ill grammar that you sir, are high.

What the fuck are you windowlickers talking about? Seriously.
Sorry to regurgitate an image used only a couple of posts above, but that made me...

So. February 21, ey?

Be amazing for TNA if Sting is still with them, all this buzz is like advertising for them when he returns. And if he has went to WWE, well they might have wished they got him tied up in another deal.
How so? No one's really mentioned TNA thus far. It's all, "Sting in WWE, OMFG match with Undertaker at WrestleMania! What? Oh, he's in TNA? Oh, OK then."
-
What's Sting like in the ring these days anyway? Would he give a decent match?
When motivated, he can still have a great match. He match with Kurt Angle at Bound For Glory is one of my favourites of his, even thought he was approaching 50. He had some duff matches towards the end of his TNA run, but I reckon if Sting were to debut in WWE, be put in a good light, and find his motivation again then there is definitely one good match against a new, fresh opponent left in Sting.

This might need spoiler tagging, but Kevin Nash's confirmed Sting is in WWE on his twitter:Alright, Fuck it. Sting is fighting Trish Status in a Hell in the Cell match at Wrestlemania. Happy?
Sounds like a cracking match.
That sounds more like winding the 'net fans up than saying, "Yeah, my buddy has signed with my new employer too."

Has any one called Detective Sprules yet...?
-
Fair enough but if they had all of those months since that speculation began to write that in his Wikipedia entry why choose to write it the night of the Raw when a surprise video that no one knew was going to be shown, announcing a mysterious figure is coming which makes people think "Sting"? And then it's taken down after the video is show? Still a coincidence it all happened on the same night.
Indeed. All any one can see is, we'll find out for sure in 20 days.
-
never thought about this, could be, I would mark out either way if its stinger or savage, however think about it, do you think Sting's gimic could work in a PG enviroment?
What? The fact he wears face paint and black attire? It's nothing more than pretending to be a dead man, al a Undertaker.
-
It would be funny if Sting and Nash came to WWE after that angle they did saying "we dont need this shit" to Dixie Carter. It would be like real life played out on TV.
Life imitates art.
-
I'm not going to kid myself it's Sting, only to be massively let down. However, Nash was rumoured to be re-signed with TNA and look where he ended up...?
-
Is that legit? That would be pretty sweet.
That poster isn't, no. It's just a hash of a TNA promo image of Sting and a Dark Knight promotional image.

EDIT: This one...

i think at least one of the movies its attached......as i remember him having to take his shirt off, or maybe i was thinking of some sort of spiderman porn or something. Bar that i remeber it being very good for a kid who'd at that time only ever seen the spiderman 60's cartoon!
Ah, is this what you mean?

What tickles me is when these pause-every-nano-second types post their "findings" and post them on YouTube. One I saw earlier today was titled, "PROOF the 2-21-2011 videos is the debut of Sting" then had some convoluted calculations that made the numbers add up to 2 in one way or another. Erm, what?
