I've considered reporting in the past, but figured "let someone else do it". I have ignored for the first time in the last week, though.

Yeah, it's Korean - I love that K-Pop beat.

Why is Generico not on TV anymore? Were those rumours about Cornette not liking his 'hokey' gimmick true, then?
Â
I'd have Cornette on the payroll of my company, as a reverse divining rod - if he thinks it's great, it's shite. If he hates it, give it a push. He'd also get the J.R. humiliation treatment, although he'd be under a hood, for obvious reasons.

Bought a Nerf gun to cause havoc at work.
Â
Could you explain to me the science behind Nerf Guns?

You can laugh at Fin Martin all you want but I dont see anyone here making a wrestling magazine.
Â
What a fucking ridiculous thing to say. Hang your head, doctor. Hang your head.

I did. There's a mega-thread somewhere in which I got quite upset about the finale in the face of lots of people who loved it for whatever reason. I haven't gone back (hur hur) yet for a bunch of reasons, including how awful season six is (and because I can't face Kate-centric episodes) but if I do, I might stop at the end of season five.
Â
I think I enjoyed the finale a lot more than most, because I was in a state of delirium at the time - except for the morning news, it was the only thing we had on telly (well, Netflix) from the first episode till the last, and we got very immersed in it. Maybe in reflection I wouldn't be as ecstatic, but for someone as pretentious as I can be, I'm a simple man with simple tastes, and the finale worked for those tastes.

Did you watch Lost, Seven? It's truly wonderful to see his fat face get offed immediately.

Can't believe there's been 3 posts about Rock of Ages and still no comparison between Stacee Jaxx's manager and Paul E Dangerously. Even better, the manager is called Paul and the monkey is called Hey Man.
Â
Is that one of the first times there's been a real wrestling reference in a Hollywood film? Its made me want to watch it all the more!
Â
There were references to wrestling all over The Wrestler.

I'm with Pitcos on this - Laurie Holden is just dire.

It did the rounds on those sites like Buzzfeed that consist mainly of user uploaded content that is aiming for meme status, about a year ago.

I know I posted something by them a few days back, but I hadn't heard The Hood Internet's mashup of Kavinsky's immortal "Nightcall" and Wale's decidedly mortal, but interestingly lyricised "Chain Music" - Nightchain.

I'd never heard this before today. I think it's delightful.
Â
You poor bastard, you. You were forced to live all these years without Lieutenant Pigeon?
Â
UNINTERESTING FACT - Lieutenant Pigeon contains the only mother-son combination to hit #1 on the hit parade.

. That's my music of choice for strutting around like I own the place. -
Greg Grunberg is a lucky cunt, that's the problem. He's mates with JJ Abrams from childhood, so Abrams tries to shoehorn him into everything. He's even got a brief part as the pilot in Lost, and I'm sure Abrams had something to do with his presence in Heroes.

I recently finally got my books out of storage, and had a real scare - my entire Love and Rockets TPB collection seemed to be missing, and some of them are signed. Happily, turns out they're at my parents' place, quite likely to stay there for a long time.

I trust you won't melt when listening to this, Richie.

Never understood how this ended up on one of those triple-cassette "Hits of the 70s" compilations that I used to get from the paper shop, but that's where I first heard it. Wasn't even on the track listing.

Just rewatched Hausu - it's completely incoherent, and that's how I love my horror, really. Just a bunch of inexplicable shit happening, and the complete foolishness of the effects and characters only added to this. I would love to go see it at the movies, as there are a lot of midnight shows, and I think that people's reactions will be completely freaked out.
Â
I think that my favorite moment is

where Melody gets eaten by the piano - the look on her face when her fingers get a nibbling is very unsettling

I actually liked Infinity Inc.'s take on Grundy, even thought at series had gone beyond lame at that point. The finale was pretty cool

Injustice Unlimited was a group of young villains, like Infinity Inc. was a band of young heroes - one of them hypnotized a good guy recreation of Grundy into using the "cyanide touch" of Mr. Bones to kill the Star Spangled Kid (or Skyman, which is a more sane, but less cheesily cool name). It was all surprisingly sad, for a bunch of lamers who sucked

My mate got tickets to one of the Bottom Live shows years ago (it was the desert island one), and even as a huge fan, I thought it was shite, especially the contrived "it's live this, lads, anything can go wrong" bloopers that we saw in Nottingham, and which also showed up on the video.

I'm like that too - as long as I'm not posting in that thread, I enjoy that person's contributions.
