  1. I thought the Piper podcast with Will Sasso was really funny. The impression was a good 8/10 but the references and accuracy of things he was saying was a 10. Loved the part where he said he didn't get the plane to Mania because he wanted to drive and got there around Tuesday. Joking at Duggan about his football gimmick was funny too. Don't know why Austin had a problem with it (if he did).

  2. How many episodes of Raw have begun with Seth and co?

Feels like the same thing over and over. Just babbling on about nothing interesting. I can't imagine trying to watch Raw live and sitting through it for 3 hours. I can watch it in about 30 mins on a good week and less on a bad week.

  3. Was it Cena who came into the bathroom and was angry that JTG had dared used the words loyalty and respect?

If so, Cena is a dick for getting pissed about that and then getting his merchandise cancelled.

...and was the match where he didn't tap out for ages against Jack Swagger?

  4. I'm yet to finish all the heists, it's quite a frustrating process of trying to play with randomers. If anyone on ps4 wants to do them, add me!

    tallica1981.

  5. ha that sounds great!

I'm just at the prison at the moment and have mostly been using the silenced pistol and the shot gun. I like the perk system too, having to complete a certain number of tasks in order to unlock something makes it so much more rewarding than just arbitrarily getting a certain number of XP points and spending them in an upgrade store. Love all the hidden items and secret areas as well.

So far it's the most enjoyable FPS I've played since Crysis 2.

  6. I've just started playing Wolfenstein The New Order, I'm only about 5 hours or so into it but it's great fun so far. It's rare that I actually follow a story in a video game these days. I tend to zone out during long cut scenes and just want to get back to playing so it's good that this game has a simple story that even I can follow.

I really like the stealth aspects to it, having to kill the commanding officers before they know you're around so they can't call for reinforcements. I restarted one section over and over yesterday, not because I died but because I was spotted and wanted to take everyone out with stealth kills.

It's also a nice change to play a FPS where you aren't following someone to check point after check point. Being by yourself makes you feel like a one man army and it's awesome to duel wield assault rifles.

Funnily enough I've had the game since I bought the ps4 a year ago and just assumed it wouldn't be my type of game since most FPS games these days aren't my thing but it's so good that I tell myself that I'll finish when I get to the next section but then keep on playing until the next one...

The stand alone DLC gets released next month too.

  7. Did anyone listen to Roddy Piper's WM round up show featuring 'Stone Cold'?

Will Sasso's impression is nearly perfect. Very funny and gets funnier when Jim Duggan joins the show and is told that he's on with Austin..who then proceeds to wind him up over his pro football gimmick.

  8. Dean Ambrose wrestling wearing jeans and a vest irks me almost as much as his attempt at covering up his receding/high hairline.

Wrestlers coming out to do a promo and their hair is soaking wet. Off the top of my head, Daniel Bryan is the only one I can think of with long hair who doesn't do it.

  9. "Comedy" matches.  Obviously light-hearted stuff has its place in wrestling, and I don't mind wrestlers with a bit of a comical gimmick who incorporate a few funny spots into their bouts (y'know, your Colt Cabana and Grado types) - I'm talking the kind of out-and-out nonsensical, logic-destroying matches you sometimes get in the middle of independent shows, complete with slow-motion sequences and the like, or ludicrous match styles that can't possibly be taken seriously.  It just screams out "yeah, all of this stuff's bullshit really" to me.

    **

I really hate JBL's creepy smile to the camera whenever Mackle Cole is talking.

I also hate how he flip flops from face to heel during the show.

Any reference to Daniel Bryan being a farm yard animal/goat face/turd annoys me due to the stupidity of trying to bury your own talent.

  10. It always annoys me how a babyface will sprint to the ring to get his hands on the heel but then the heel and the heel will either run away before the face gets there or the face will clothesline the heel over the top rope and then instead of going after him, will just stand in the ring shouting as the heel backs up the ramp...as if there's an invisible force field that means he can no longer attack him because he's outside of the ring.

  11.

Wow, spent this afternoon and evening watching the Paradise Lost trilogy on Youtube.

I'd only heard about them due to the film's link with Metallica and hadn't read into them beyond that so I didn't know how it was going to end or if one of the boys' parents was going revealed as the killer...Mark Byers was so over the top that it seemed like he was almost certainly involved whilst watching the 2nd film.

Also watched Blackfish, quite a heartbreaking and eye opening film.

If a film like Blackfish had come out about a theme park over here, there's no way it would still be open.

That bit when one of the Orcas has hold of that trainer's foot and is dragging him around is some scary shit.

Yeah and the lies from the staff to visitors saying it's normal for their fins to curl down and that the average age in the park of 35 years is better than their average life span in the wild.

  12. Cool I'll see if I can find it on Youtube.

So many things were looking dodgy for Mark - the inconsistencies in his story about losing his teeth, taking a lie detector test whilst on mood altering drugs, his wife dying without an official cause of death, his psycho over the top shouting at the graveside/woods scenes.

Things seem to be pointing towards the Hobbs stepfather now?

  13. Wow, spent this afternoon and evening watching the Paradise Lost trilogy on Youtube.

  14. I did the first Heist yesterday - fun stuff - cool that it only requires 2 players but all the others need 4 so if you have a mic and want to join me and my mate - add me Tallica1981 on ps4 :D

  15. Great deal, Stylin!

I've mentioned it before but no one replied back, does anyone play Last of Us online? It's such a great mode. I had Last of Us for ages and never even thought of checking out the Factions online mode. It's 2 teams of 4 with 20 respawns each...you have to be sneaky and preferably stick with your team unless you're packed out with lone wolf perks. If you want to play, add me - Tallica1981.

  16. Been playing TLOU multiplayer quite a bit lately. Can be really frustrating but everytime you die, it makes you think "okay, that was my fault...I should have ______" which is good. It's the sneakiest and most tactical TDM game I've ever played.

Any other players on here? Would be good to have a team of 4 working together on mics.
