The only thing I'd be afraid of is what happens to the UK market I cant see them keeping the network internationally long term unless the do something similar Maybe do a deal with Amazon or if NBC peacock Is lunching over here in the uk.

They could give you an entire years worth of PPV's for free and I'd still feel ripped off after buying that piece of shit game.
I loved the nitro game on PS1 that and wcw Vs the world.

I'd already pretty much stopped caring about the reboot until..

Shame it's filmed on a shaky phone and you know he'll have none of the Lucha Underground magic.
With el Rey gone now do you think WWE could buy the lucha underground library?

Never. I assume they were mail order only. I think the first they released in shops since the early-mid 90s was Uncensored 99 through Warner Brothers.
There used to be a shop out my way that mostly sold books but for some reason the would always get the wcw videos in for sale thats how I got my wcw fix and I bought starrcade 98 as well as others

I was hopeful when the rumoured tiered section finally come to the Network, one option would be an increase in classic content.
Realise it is subjective, but I would sooner pay extra for classic content with the newer content uploaded on a 30 day delay basis than just having 10 or so episodes of something classic being uploaded every month.
Yeah I totally agree I'm glad there putting up superstars from 93 I'm looking forward to the 94 superstars as I feel it was a good year and it brings back memories of watch it as a kid I've watched the entire 1994 RAWS and ppvs on the network but willinf to rewatch them with superstars of that era

NXT UK’s big announcement was they are doing an 8 man trophy tournament where all the matches will be traditional British rules.
Gas roh are back to proper tv with the pure title tournament this week too ..very similar and coincidental

He fucked his back in 1991. He was in incredible pain at SummerSlam 911 and probably should not have been allowed to wrestle Bret but apparently he insisted.
I don't know how much better his back was in 93 when he came back as WWE needed someone to replace Warrior last minute at Survivor Series '92. I'm guessing now great as he was only around about a year.
ÂI think he returned to active wrestling in 1997 because WWF ran an angle where Perfect attacked Marc Mero and sided with Hunter Hearst Helmsley in late '96 and WWF reportedly rang Lloyds of London to say that he was returning to active wrestling when he apparently had no plans to do so. He left WWF and, with little options big money options elsewhere and no insurance policy, went for the mega bucks in WCW. Can't really blame him for not being the Perfect of old. His body was shot by that point.Â
Yeah I remember reading that in powerslam at the time the wwf did him out of €650 grand or some mega amount because the they ratted him out about making a comebackÂ

When I was a boy I hated him along with the million dollar man and Andre ... looking back the were all great heels.. I loved savage and the warrior and hogan to a less degree...but yeah curt was all kinds of awesome shame he went to wcw in 97 he just seemed to phone it in.

Does Goldberg vs Raven count? I mean it's a US title match before Goldie was in the main event picture and man that pop when he hits the spear is wild. Even as he came to the ring they were going nuts because they KNEW he was winning that belt.
Props to Raven too, I'm assuming he set the pace and for such a short title match it works really well.
Yeah marked out for that as I said I'm not a massive wcw 98 guy mainly due to the fucking nwo! but raven DDP Benoit matches in wcw 98 were solid .

QT Marshall. I feel genuinely angry every time I see him on Dynamite. I can explain why I dislike him (he’s bland and doesn’t deserve the TV time he gets) but I can’t explain or justify why I dislike him as much as I do. Even I can recognise that it’s disproportionate.
Yeah I can't stand him and what's with the apple? fucking jobber stink all over him..WWE had better non contracted talent doing jobs on heat in 03 than this guy.

Last year I watched the bulk of Nitro and Raw through 96-98 and was surprised for just how little of it I preferred Nitro. Maybe 2 months.Â
Yeah me and my brother's would buy the wcw ppvs on VHSÂ and watch then and I enjoyed them at the time but but I think wcw 99 was better than wcw 98 ...but overall I guess I'm a wwf fanboy

i get a weird urge to wanna do wrestling in chronilogical order, ive tried to do Nitro from the start, ive tried to do the NWO angle Nitros from the start, the Attitude Era from the start. I never stick to any of it, its easier to just dip in and out at random points.
Yeah I watched nitro from September 95 till December 95 and tried watching wcw from 98Â I used to buy the wcw ppv vhs tapes back then ..wcw was shockingly bad in 98 just way to much nwo and HoganÂ
