A happy day today for many here, I imagine.

Jimmy was the wimpiest and most annoying manager in the WWF at his peak, which was only made better by the fact that he seemed to be the most invulnerable. He pretty much outlasted all of his peers to make him the winner in that respect.

Starter: Well, the main course is going to be SummerSlam '91, but I wanted to include Ted Dibiase's "crying towel" promo from before his match with Virgil because it was probably the first one that really stuck with me to where I could quote lines from it. So that I'm not double-dipping, I'm going to go with Jake Roberts' interview with Mean Gene from Survivor Series because there are so many things from it that were brilliant. - "Cross my heart and hope to die, that's what I was told." - "You are a sick man, Jake Roberts!" - "Thank you very much(!)." - "I spoke to God this morning and he said he doesn't like YOU!" - "You have a ticket, a one-way ticket, so don't be shy, sweetheart, let's use it." - "This is not the end. It's not even the beginning of the end! Yet, the end of the beginning..." Main Course: SummerSlam '91. Side Dish: Monday Night Raw, April 21st, 1997. Bret versus Austin in a street fight. Austin sends Bret to the hospital but not before commandeering the ambulance and sneak attacking Bret ("I told you we're going straight to Hell!"). Owen and Davey hunting Austin down for revenge before getting run off by Shawn Michaels, then Brian Pillman returning from injury at Austin's hands for his revenge, including a chair shot so hard that JR exclaims "It sounded like a gun going off!" and King scared "He'll kill him!". Dessert: Very difficult, because you could argue for Flair/Funk in the I Quit match (the Flair/Funk matches were better than the Flair/Steamboat matches in my opinion), Sting/Vader, Bret/Bulldog, so many others, but I have to go back to Bret/Austin in their I Quit match because it changed wrestling forever. Drink: A lot you could go for here too but I'm probably going to go for the Sid/El Diablo angle from Superstars in '91 because it was so detailed and yet effortlessly put together. They completely made something out of nothing when you consider it was a minorly-promoted star versus masked man match that is completely flipped on its head.

Just like Ax of all people got to be Jake Bullet in No Holds Barred to do the job for Hulk, it was a surprise to see "Iron" Mike Sharpe staring at the lights while Hulk stared at Dolly here.

He did have a match between his WCW run and TNA stop - for a brief moment of time, he was doing interviews promoting the Internet Wrestling Federation (I believe) where he'd had a match with Pat Tanaka and had recorded some other matches with unknowns for watching online, but it didn't go anywhere.

This might be a repeat but years ago I was in the cinema and a fight broke out between two traveller families, which the poor young usher tried to calm down but had about as much effect as a fly trying to push an elephant out of the way. One family left of their own accord and the other stayed. That's about the high point of a viewing experience of Transformers: The Last Knight. I went to the same cinema, which is actually one of the nicest ones locally, and was sat next to a woman with her husband and kid. She did a selfie of herself and her son at the start of the affair, which I could tolerate. Then she started recording the screen for the beginning of the film, which again I could tolerate if she was doing a "Watching X" post and wanted something to put up alongside it. But, she kept recording for a minute or two until I told her to turn it off because all I could see out of the corner of my eye was the light on her phone. She huffed and puffed as she put it away. Going to the pictures isn't what it used to be.
