Currently being incredibly impatient while waiting for child 2 to arrive. Was due Tuesday and Lady Wideload has had a sweep this morning. 

Gender remains a mystery and struggling with girls names. Boys name locked down tight which is a positive. Suggestions welcome.

Any of you lot been through similar? And save me the 'Theyll come out when they're ready' shite, that's all we've had for the last fortnight. 

Galaxy chocolate is shit. Whilst we're lowering the tone, one of my best biscuits was the happy shopper chocolate orange penguin style bar. Can't find images and I'm now questioning whether they existed... Regardless, top biscuit.

Roasts are shit and gravy is awful. It just makes everything soggy.

Mature cheddar. Anything else is a distant second.

Aldi do so much great stuff. Their Twix rip off Jive bars are great. Those mint crisp Pringles shaped things are good but my favourite is the Peanut butter Rolo type thing they do.

Finally some love for the lion bar, a proper chocolate bar with a wonderful filling. Chewy and flavoursome. Anything with fruit, jellies or nuts in should be fired to the moon.

Aldi is 5 minutes up the road and is our weekly shop. Can only moan about the lack of certain branded products but it's cheap and cheerful. I love the no nonsense approach to the tills and hate other supermarkets when the checkout personnel dawdle. Oh, and pack using the packing shelf. Don't be that arsehole who attempts to pack at the till. 

Morrisons in second place for their hot food counter. 

Asda and Tesco are overpriced and the till service is so slow. Sainsbury's redeem themselves for having the fastest self scan checkouts.

I love doing the weekly shop but it all goes out of the window when I'm on holiday. Be glad to get back to work next week to save money.

Bodyguard. Anyone else watching this? Superb cast and ridiculously tense. Pulled in 7million on first episode and made by those involved in line of duty. Very good indeed.

Caught Deadpool 2 yesterday and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The post credit scenes had me in tears. I was told it's not as good as the first one but I would say that the story is better in the second. As a Cable fan, I was disappointed with his performance to try and be the next punisher but it's still a good film. 

4 stars.

I want to watch infinity war but haven't seen Doctor Strange, Black Panther or Ragnarok. I don't have much interest in BP so can I get away without watching it?

The Simpsons is still funny and all those who rattle on about it only being good up to season 6 have no class.

I'm clearly missing something about him by all accounts. What would you consider his best match/matches? I can't quite get the good housekeeping match out of my head.

Is it just me that thinks JJ is incredibly overrated? Acted like a true main eventer but never quite had enough star power. There's far better and more deserving candidates.

I would put money on it. Gutted that the gambling codebreaker wasn't Lando.

The franchise has definitely moved on and is in good hands with Disney. It did feel very Marvel in places but I liked how fresh it felt in places. Soundtrack was stunning and it's pulled on the heartstrings.

I left loving it, doubted the quality after discussions with friends who claim Disney have killed their childhood and then came back to loving it.

Benicio del Toro's character is horseshite and added nothing to the film. Luke was at his best with Yoda and R2, it felt like Mark Hamill in parts. I echo the disdain for floating Leia and I feel like it should have been Holdo going to start a new resistance, especially as it was Leia's ship.

I thoroughly enjoyed it but a bit of back story on Snoke would have helped.

Enjoying the punisher thus far (6 episodes in) but it is following the Netflix Marvel series formula of: 

Introduce character

Flashbacks

Cop buddy storyline running alongside

Hero gets bested in action

Origin storyline

Hero will make a return

I know I haven't seen all of it but it feels very familiar to Daredevil. It is the best portrayal of the punisher so far though. Just don't want to be disappointed.
