I would say is that what you said to the mrs to get her to watch it with you, but you review grot for a living so it might actually be good. I still doubt it unless there's at least one of the following in it Car chase/bare chested knife fight/massive explosion/shootout/gory death scene. I know it's got the bikini frolicing/lessing it up covered.

Is Emily Blunt in the band? That's why the film wins. She is lovely.

Have you seen My Summer Of Love yet?
Just watch this NSFW video, it'll save 87 minutes. http://www.zodcaps.com/flix/e/emily_blunt-..._of_love)02.mpg

No she's not, just this bunch of contemptible cunts.

I don't know which I despise more th film or the band that goes by the same name, thankfully I've only had to suffer both of them once.

Dunn's a glorified stuntman not an actor. He was killed breaking the speed limit whilst drunk, he doesn't deserve being glorified

I think the original just edges it for me, if only because I absolutely love horror films in that vein - all suspense and misdirection, darkness and odd noises. Ridley's not done a horror film since, which is a huge pity.
I'm very much the same as you, though both films are absolutely stunning in their own way.

I heart them both but is it just me who is surprised by how much more love Aliens gets than the first one?
Not really since they're both very different films, one is a character based slow building horror film and the other is a bang pow vietnam action film in space. Aliens is the more accesible of the two, many people get turned off Alien because of the slow start.

Watched the documentry Being Elmo about Kevin Clash the puppeteer behind his most famous creation Elmo. Amazing how a young black man from Baltimore can end up being the voice and body behind who is supposed to be the youngest muppet. Sheeeit!

Just watched Southern Comfort on the iplayer, It was a film I've not seen for a long time and my girlfriend hadn't seen before. It's a brilliant Vietnam war flick that doesn't take place in Vietnam. If you replace 'Nam with Louisiana and Charlie with some Cajuns you have this film in a nutshell.

I did watch the first 45 minutes of the Streetfighter movie on it the other day. I love JCVD, but he is pretty awful in the film, Raul Julia was great in it though. This line is great from it.

Plus you have youtube on the 360 now so you don't have to sit there watching stuff on a PC.

I ended up watching Oh Brother Where Art Thou and Fargo the other day actually, their entire catalogue of films is excellent going from serious dramas and thrillers to lighthearted comedy with nearly every one of them being excellent.

I also liked how both guys had different styles, one being a rough standup knockout artist and the other being more of a controlled submissions guy.
-
If it was Bob Sapp I'd believe it, not from someone who is supposed to be a 185lb Fedor.
-
I Enjoyed the film, but some of the setup to it was just silly.

HWAS is a great 80s style OTT revenge flick.

I thought Warrior was a bit fucking ridiculous, how this unkown guy with no track record apart from some youtube vid of him beating a Chuck Liddell character gets into a big tournament was dumb. At least the other brother was a former UFC fighter and had formal training from a Greg Jackson style trainer. I also had issue how every takedown was a big slam, but obviously that's more down them being more cinematic than someone struggling to get a single leg after 30 seconds.

When I saw Fight Club it was in the cinema on a Sunday afternoon, because my mate was working there at the time and he got free tickets. The entire screen was empty apart form myself and my mate. The projectionist came down to call him a cock, because they wouldn't have even bothered showing it if no one was in the screen. We both walked out of it with massive grins on our faces having just seen a great film. I think it does help with certain films if they've not been hyped up though, sort of discovering a film by going into the local vid shop or just picking something to watch at the cinema at random is always good when you find a gem of a film.

Also the British one "Hardcore" that was on Channel 4 with the woman from Canvey Island going over to try and make it in America was good.
I went to school with the blonde bird in it Layla Jade, back in the day I saw a tape of her shoot with Max Hardcore and that was grim viewing.

The trailer for The Raid looks erection inducing. http://youtu.be/uWlmhMSnVdM

Cheers for the couple of tips on the marinades/spices, I'll have a butchers for the stuff when I go shopping tomorrow. Though even low fat yoghurt has quite a lot of sugar in it and I'm on a low carb high protein diet.

<joke about doing Rey_Piste's wife while she's throwing up>
What fuck is that all about you sick fuck.

At least it's not Michael Bay's explosions and Megan Fox's arse film.

Anyone got any good recipes for a marinade for chicken, that doesn't use honey or a lot of olive oil as a base. There's only so much grilled chicken I can stand without some sort of flavour to it and whilst the jerk rub I use is nice, it's getting a bit boring.
