  1. Annoying that they built Big Show up at the expense of Bryan for the last few months, only to fuck him off out of the main event after one PPV.

What was the point bringing Menry back for such a nothing role too?At least leave him off telly until you have something decent for him to do.

Punk's promo before the Wyatt match was fucking shit as well.

  2. The new shiny, polished version of the Big E theme is garbage.

Yeah, it is. I think it might end up being one of those versions we hear once, then it reverts back when someone realises how bad it is.

Since he's not even doing the 5-count gimmick (nor does it look likely he will), they should have gone back to this theme when he turned face:

It's a great babyface theme, IMO.

That sounds like Kaitlyn or one of the diva's shite themes.

  3. WWE have made changes to the wellness policy.Adding a Therapeutic Use Exception meaning presumably a talent could smoke medical marijuana as well as a redemption program where talents can get one of their wellness violations.Could suit the likes of RVD and Randy Orton.Changes in full:

WWE quietly updated its Wellness Policy back on July 23rd. Several things were added, including the following:

    * WWE talent can request a Therapeutic Use Exception for a prohibited drug if there is a legitimate medical purpose with a valid prescription from a licensed and treating physician. The use of the drug must be required for more than sixty straight days and the dosage must be "documented in accordance with standards and practices commonly accepted within the United States medical community." The TUE will be in effect for no more than a calendar year.

    * Any WWE talent who is arrested, convicted or who admits to a violation of law in relation to the use, possession, purchase, sale or distribution of drugs will be in breach of contract and subject to immediate dismissal.

    * A "positive test for alcohol" will result in a $2,500 fine per positive test, taken from the talent's downside guarantee.

    * A talent who has two violations of the Wellness Policy may enter a "Redemption Program" if the Medical Director approves it. The program is an eighteen month treatment process overseen by the Medicalk Director or an addiction specialist recommended by the Medical Director. Mandatory follow-up testing is required and no further violations during the program are allowed. After this time, talent can request to have a violation removed.

    * The following provision was added in relation to substance abuse:

"Pain medications, and other substances prohibited by this Policy, may be abused at times and can become addictive. A WWE Talent who believes he/she may have a problem with substance abuse is encouraged to self-report and request assistance. No penalties are imposed on WWE Talent for voluntarily acknowledging a problem to the Medical Director prior to a drug test being performed herein and WWE will assist in securing rehabilitation services in such situations. The rehabilitation process can be engaged by a WWE Talent notifying the Medical Director, the PA, WWE Ringside Physicians or the WWE Wellness Coordinator that he/she has a problem and needs assistance."

  4. Used to read it (along with virtually every other wrestling mag I could get my hands on),and I even had a few smarky letters published.I stopped reading two years ago when I realised most of the content was pretty obsolete. It's not really worth shelling out on the half chance that there's a decent interview anymore either, especially with so many (free) podcasts about with good guests these days.

Fin coming across as a bitter old cunt in most of his ramblings didn't help either.

  5. Decent watch, but nothing covered that has never been covered before. The Jean McConville story is still as troubling as ever though.

Adam's will never admit to his alleged role in the IRA now that he's trying to pass himself off as a legitimate politician down here.

  6. Trying to get Tyson Kidd over by sticking him with his crap, annoying wife isn't going to work.

Are they trying to hide the Bella Cena is slipping it to's inflated chest by having her wear that white vest or what?bit odd they have them dressing differently after years of them always wearing the same gear.

  7. Ryback's in a bit of bother.

There has been lots of internal talk about the future of Ryback lately. He has heat on him for several different things.

For one, officials feel he hasn't really developed well in the ring like they were hoping. There's a feeling that Ryback has actually regressed in the ring. He also has heat on him for roughing up several different talents, most recently CM Punk.

Officials also feel that Ryback doesn't present himself well when making appearances for the company. WWE has gotten feedback on several appearances he's made over the past few months where people said he didn't look happy to be there, and this began before they turned him heel. One source described it as Ryback seeming to be annoyed by making public appearances.

It's said the "bloom is off the rose" with Ryback unless he turns things around. Vince McMahon has lost so much faith in Ryback that he may remove Paul Heyman from him so Heyman can move forward.

  8. PWInsider.com is reporting there is a big reason as to why Dolph

Ziggler is seemingly stuck in the mid-card after his brief stint as World

Heavyweight Champion. Word backstage is that Ziggler comes off with a bad

attitude when around other superstars and media. WWE is not happy with the way

he represents himself within the company and outside during media appearances.

Additionally, Dolph Ziggler has claimed that he tries to maintain his

gimmick and his attitude as he would with storylines, but WWE does not see that

as the case. He does not have a lot of backing from the officials in WWE because

of how he speaks out to them

That and the fact that he's generally not very good.

  9. Bryan's crowd reactions have been getting noticeably weaker over the last few weeks,I think he's fucked as a potential main event face at this stage unless he wins convincingly on Sunday. He'll be back wrestling Axel or Swagger before Christmas If he doesn't.

  10. Michael Hayes has been suspended for offering a newly sober Rosa Mendes a few pints:

Per Court Bauer on the Bauer and Pollock podcast - Michael Hayes suspended for offering Rosa Mendes drinks right when Rosa was coming back from her recent problems. WWE decided it was insensitive, and has sent him home for an indefinite period.
