Recently jumped on board with Hendry's YT channel. It's popped up on my home page for a good while but I never really fancied it. Recently watched some of it and then devoured a lot of his old vids. It's bloody brilliant. Hendry is super-chill, as mentioned on the previous page of this thread, and a remarkably good host and the majority of the guests are just top people. None more so than Mark Williams, who I always liked as a snooker player, but might now be one of my favourite people on the planet. He's so dry and fucking hilarious. On a recent video he's playing, and smashing, Hendry and Hendry says "Have you seen my cueing action?" and Mark just says "Not today, no". Legend. He's overtaken Charlotte Church, Butchi and Mark Watson on my list of favourite Welsh cakes. Only issue with Hendry's channel is the comments on YT. They're absolutely full of copy & paste shit from weird Ronnie O'Sullivan fan accounts. Someone needs to block them all and make it readable. Because there are loads of great comments from people who get a lot out of the channel and incredibly knowledgeable snooker fans.

I detest Rey Mysterio. Not sure this is the thread for it but his daft face popping up just triggered my loathing. It's been 20 years - insanely - but I've never gotten over his glomming of Eddie Guerrero's death to have his main event run and the horrible shit he was a part of. Honestly, some of the most disgusting on-screen crimes in wrestling history. It's been such a long time since 2006 that that run and all the utter garbage he's been a part of since, like letting John Cena absolutely piss all over him the night after CM Punk left and that angle where a ping pong ball fell out of his mask - possibly the worst angle seen since wrestling has been televised - just dwarfs the memories of him being one of the most exhilirating wrestlers ever in the mid-90s and the early 2000s. Even between those generational runs, he let them take his mask in WCW, wrestled for years looking like a 5 year old, was part of some of the worst factions I've ever seen and then put his mask back on for Vince's dosh. The little sellout. Dom has become a decent enough worker (by the dreadfully low standards of WWE) but the last time I was watching much, he was awful and green as grass, and Rey was out there working in slow-motion with his god awful kid in tow. Utterly painful stuff. Feel better for having got it off my chest. Fuck you, Rey.
