Horror directors have gotten lazy. Gory enough but no tension, storyline, characters you care about or pacing. It's 85 minutes of slice and dice using a franchise in name only.

Very underwhelming and predictable. Is Lashley genuinely injured then? I'd have preferred for him to retain the title, though Lesnar was the next logical choice I suppose. Not sure what him treating all the other guys like jobbers achieves mind.Â

A very middling show. I actually really enjoyed the women's rumble, though the men's rumble was a damp squib. Nothing against Lesnar winning, though it would've been nice to have some kind of explanation as to how he could simply enter the rumble despite being in the title match.
Â
Personally I would've preferred an up and comer to win and go on to challenge Lashley at Wrestlemania (though who that would be is anyone's guess). I know Reigns/Lesnar is set for Mania, which I have no issue with, though there were ways of getting there without making the result of the rumble match so bloody predictable.

Shame about the TV series but the film? Yeah.
Oh, and Clint's best as a director is also on.

High Plains Drifter is my dad's all time favourite film. Watched it many times as a young boy. Watched it again fairly recently and it still holds up as one of Eastwood's better films in my opinion. Unforgiven is probably my favourite.Â

Happy birthday. May you be showered with extravagant gifts.

What does post political consultancy actual entail? What can Bojo offer in that role?
Swan around giving lectures, book signings etc, while patting himself on the back. I can't see him stepping out of the public eye as he likes the limelight too much.Â

It looks like Lampard is out of the running for the Norwich City job and Dean Smith is the new favourite. It would be s good appointment for them. Could Lampard be eyeing up the Rangers job?

That seems a fairly natural fit doesn’t it? Due to the history of Terry with the club, I mean. Not because  ((redacted, might be considered shit banter)).
😉
Yeah the history's there with his stint as assistant manager. Personally I think it's too high a level for someone who is just getting started in management. Maybe manage in the Championship first to gain some valuable experience before going to the Premier League (that's if he turns out to be any good as a manager).
Steven Gerrard now favourite in the betting odds. Knutsen now the favourite for Norwich.

Frank Lampard is currently the odd-on favourite for the Norwich job, while Steven Gerrard and John Terry are being linked with Villa. Could change in coming days mind.

Totally senseless. By all accounts he was a good constituency MP. My thoughts are with his family. RIP.

While I'm on the subject of annoying characters, Samwell Tarly from Game of Thrones can do one as well. Some might find him endearing, I just find him to be a knob.
-
Omar White from Oz immediately springs to mind. Just an unwelcome annoyance in an otherwise excellent series. Just completely irritating throughout his entire run and I'm surprised the other inmates didn't all join forces to off him, such was the level of his irritation.

I'm in Suffolk (Ipswich) and always seems to be busy wherever we go in parks etc. Sometimes we've had to go to another one because it's just so busy somewhere.
I think on the whole most people are just glad to be out somewhere.
I know what you mean. I was in Christchurch Park last monday and there was definitely a good number of people there. Having said that though, they did seem to be sticking to their respective groups.Â

Very sad news. I was only watching Oz again the other day. I always quite liked him in it, especially in season 2. RIP.Â

Really pleased that Eric Bischoff is going into the Hall of Fame. He put WCW on the map when no one expected him to following the departure of Bill Watts and came up with the whole nWo concept. I think he was a great on screen performer as well, he was superb as a dickhead heel authority figure. I feel he was somewhat creatively spent when he arrived in TNA, though that doesn't take away the excellent work he did before that.Â

Buying seven Karpackies when I finish work knowing full well I have work again the next morning. I keep telling myself I won't, but I always do.Â

I had my first vaccine a month ago. I was eligible as I work in social care. I had to sit and wait for 15 minutes afterwards. Didn't have any side effects except my arm itching for a while.Â

Johnson trying to putt off marrying Carrie Symonds it seems. Bit odd that weddings are the one thing they’ve highlighted as still being restricted.
That's what struck me as well. Why just weddings? Does Covid-19 care whether you're getting married or burying your gran? Apparently it does. Unless our esteemed PM is simply trying to avoid his own nuptials as you say.Â

Anyone clear on whether the Shudder Kindle app or the Shudder Amazon channel has the better content? I've seen people saying both, but not clear which I should go for. I have the Amazon channel, but I'd go for the app instead if it's better.
I subscribe through Amazon as an add-on and the content is pretty impressive. Don't know about the Kindle version.Â

Mate just shared this on his Facebook page. I really do wonder about people sometimes. Thankfully I just heard from him and he's declined to take the guy up on his offer.
