I bet that will be tremendous, an interesting year too.

I think my favourite so far (and bear in mind I haven't finished yet) is the one where Tony whips the shit out of Assemblyman Zellman for banging his former bit on the side.

A lot of Daniel Bryan fans in the ranks of the SNP and Plaid Cymru

I'm not usually one for boxsets but i've been working my way through the Sopranos for the past few weeks and am on season 5 now. Amazing series.
-
Whatever it is, TNA don't need this. Especially now.

On the same subject, this clip makes the Wrestlemania Rage Party look so cool but I bet it was shit.

Never really been a fan to be honest. Too many tattoos for my liking.

I was surprised to read that Angelina is only 30. She looks much older!

Hogan claims he won't Wrestle again.

Hmmm... does that mean I was there for his last match in Manchester earlier this year?!
-
He told them "snap my Dad (Angelo Poffo) into the Hall of Fame, dig it" and they did. And because he thought it was a crock of shit Gordon Solie quit and never returned.
Has to be more in it than that story. What was Solie doing in WCW in 1995? I'm thinking he got fired for being on the sauce at work, or some rubbish like that.
Â
He was definately being phased out by then, and let's be honest, he wouldn't have fitted in when the nWo started kicking off anyway.
Sounds to me more a case of jumping before he was pushed.
Â
He was doing freelance work before then though, as I remember him commentating on New Japan when it was on Eurosport around 1993/94, with Oliver Humperdink.
-
I sometimes wondered why they never tried to get Randy Savage to do one.
Â
I'm sure someone did to be honest. I'd put money that RF Video have tried at least once.
Â
The Ultimate Insiders DVD with Ed Ferrara and Vince Russo was pretty inclusive, if that's what you're looking for.

I'm a journalist by profession, and I find Fin Martin's attitude deplorable. As a writer himself, he should realise how difficult it is to get a foot in the door. What right does he have to ridicule anyone else?

Im thinking of getting the one man gang shoot interview, is it any good???????/
Â
It's no better than average to be honest.

Great final, really exciting and much better darts than during most of the tournament.
Â
The tournament did get better over time but i'm not sure whether that was because we were getting used to it after the 180 fest that was the PDC a few weeks earlier.
-
Ted would not have to go to Q School.
Â
I think the last 4 at Lakeside get a offer of a tour card automatically.
Is that still the case? I know the semi-finalists last year were all offered tour cards but none of them (Wolfie, Phillips, Mr Coat, Winstanley) took them.
Â
Well, Martin Phillips is in his 50's, doesn't even travel to most of the BDO events and is a full-time dustman, so you can understand that one really. Dolgellau is miles away from any PDC floor events too so a load of travelling would be involved.
-
Ted Hankey lost the plot at the end there didn't he?
-
The BDO executives are full of bitter old men, plain and simple.
-
Brilliant stuff! Mr and Mrs BDO both losing on the same night.

Have you read this?!

Arrogance and self confidence exuded from the Russian but Gulliver let her darts do the talking.....Â
Gulliver lost 2-0 by the way...
-
Good to see Adams not getting that third in a row though.
Â
Exactly. Put a lid on that nonsense.
-
Did anyone see Tony O'Shea's 170 checkout just now? Fair play
-
Wolfie has been his typical steady self, but I am hoping that the Silverback does a number on him tonight and puts an end to all this 'matching Eric' garbage.
Â
Same here. I thought I was alone in my hatred of Adams, but glad i'm not the only one.
Â
Loyalty can be a good trait, but it's tiresome in his case. He's in his 50's already, why not enter the Grand Slam. What harm would it do? It's an easy two and a half grand if nothing else.
-
Thanks for the link.I've seen it before but it just makes me come out hating Olly Croft and his daft wife (I know she's dead), even more.
-
Yeah, you're bang on - http://www.dartsmonthly.com/news/olly-crof...d-off-bdo-boardIf we're using Twitter as an example, the defence for the BDO seems to be 'It's proper darts'. Now, i'm unsure what 'Proper' and 'Unproper' darts is meant to mean but seems odd to me.A lot of emphasis seems to be placed on the Lakeside as well. Having never been there myself, is it actually that special? The Alexandra Palace with all it's grandeur seems a better venue to me anyway.I might be wrong but i'm sure i remember reading Olly Croft and Fitzmaurice have been booted? It used to the be old boys brigade with the two of them, Hankey, Adams, Tony Green and (maybe?) Bobby George all pulling the strings by committee.

Sounds to me that he'd be better off in the Indies if that's the case. It must take some balls to do what he did.
