  1. I didn't really get the Apprentice this year, it seemed they just made it up as they went along. I thought Sugar was investing 250k into your business. When it got down to the end, he now wants 50% of their businesses. Paul the dentist was the best all rounder I thought, and Sugar wanted 50% of all of his businesses not just the new dentist practise he wanted to set up. He isn't going to accept that, glad he didn't. Phil the pie man's business had 700k in the bank, so I don't understand why he needed more investment when he's got good cash flow. And from the companies website, it looked like a family business so he wasn't sole owner. Flo and Tre were both really good, it's just their business proposals weren't very good. It was a bit anticlimactic having Phil and the gym woman in the final. They were only appealing because their businesses were set up and making money. I think the best two candidates were Paul and Flo.
  2. Does anyone use Vinyl Me Please? It's a US vinyl subscription service where they (re)release a couple of vinyls every month, from different genres. You can just buy them as and when too. Usually in limited numbers and in different colours. I've picked up a few from eBay from UK sellers. Aretha Franklins, Never Loved A Man, The Way I Love You & Spirit In The Dark. Both sound absolutely amazing. They've been cut and remastered off analogy tape by Ryan Smith at Sterling Sound. Don't know who he is and where it is, but he has magic fingers. They come in hard card vinyl sleeves with OBI strips and sometimes a little notebook with listener notes. So it's more of a collectors item. I think their genres they now release. Are VMP Essentials, Classics, Rap & Hip-hop, Country, Rock. I normally search on eBay for VMP - as looking up Vinyl Me Please. A lot of the sold out records, have buy it nows for inflated prices.
