Supposedly nobody will be using Facebook by 2017 or so anyway. Something like that.
Â
Is that when the Chinese will cease power and block any unwanted websites?

6 months brings you to July, which would be 3 years since the Summer of Punk angle, which sounds about right.
If his injuries are as bad as some think, it could be worth taking 6-12 months off just to heal up a bit

I don't think the 'paper champion' stuff is anything to worry as I'm sure Magnus will be nothing than a transitional champion until they figure out who they want to put the belt on longterm. Quite who that will be though, I've no idea

There is a Sin-Cara-Gym promotion in Mexico, buts as much as I know with regards to them owning anything (maybe someone more clued up on Lucha can help me out)
As far as I can tell, Luis Ignascio Urive Alvirde is due to wrestle again in Mexico at the start of February for Sin-Cara-Gym, but he won't be coming back as Mistico as CMLL already have someone else doing the gimmick. He could end up in AAA until a completely different name.
Â
Either way, he's gone. And its probably best for WWE and for himself. The whole thing was a monumental failure

SPOILER - Highlight the black box to read
Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards announced in a vignette on tonight's Genesis episode of Impact Wrestling that the mystery investor will be revealed on next Thursday's show from Glasgow, Scotland. Edwards and Richards will be there also

I need to get out more, I saw both that Klondyke question on The Chase and the YES! chant on the NTAs

would that be because of the talent that was around in the 00's are all either with WWE or on exclusive deals with TNA now?

NAIL THROUGH THE COCK.

Watched Gravity this morning. Enjoyed it for the most part and thought that visually it great. Whilst it was a film based around the big set pieces, I don't think that the moments between dragged as much as I thought they would do. I was concerned that it was just going to be Sandra Bullock floating around (at least Bender grew a civilisation on his torso), but thankfully that wasn't the case. the only thing that threw me off a was the scene were she was howling, that was abit weird.
Â
Next up:
Captain Phillips? or The Wolf Of Wall Street?

Recently surfaced and seemingly verified online reports suggest that ex-Machine Head bassist Adam Duce is now suing his former band.
Â
Adam, who was fired from the band back in February of last year, is suing his ex-bandmates on grounds of "trademark infringement, breach of partnership agreement and defamation", according to a report by The Courthouse News Service.
Â
The bassist is also said to have claimed that, despite all four members at the time sharing equal ownership of the band's Head Machine Touring Inc corporate front, frontman Robb Flynn claimed the majority of the band's touring profits.

I was half watching Wrestletalk TV the other week and they had an interview with him at some football stadium so it must have been pretty recent.
Â
Â
Yeah I was wondering when that was done. It was at MK Dons' ground aswell

Just looking through my Sky+ (looking for King Of Comedy which was on Film4 the other week), my wife watches some right guff:
American Horror Story: Coven, Witches of EastEnd, The Undateables, Geeks, My Baggy Body...ugh!
-
Just watched My Neighbours The Yamadas, one of the few Studio Ghibli films I hadn't seen. All the charm of Ghibli was there, but the lack of a linier narrative let it down slightly (its based on a comic strip called Nono-Chan, and is a series of short stories over the 2hr runtime). Enjoyable as you would expect Ghibli to be (by Iso Takahata, who did Grave Of The Fireflies), but lacking in repeat viewing
-
The short before Frozen is done in the style of a 30s Disney cartoon (along the lines of Steamboat Mickey) and then has them break out through the screen into colour.
Its well made but its very much made to be seen in 3D, but it lost a bit as we saw it in 2D rather than 3D.
Â
Wreak-It-Ralph is enjoyable enough that I'll watch it if there is nothing else on but it would be my first choice. Saying that, it is responsible for me and the wife using the term "Turbotastic!"

I assume your referring the Michael Kenneth Williams part of my post. Hes barely in it and his role doesn't have an effect on anything else to do with the outcome.
If there is anything else, please say so that I can edit appropriately
Â
Edit: I've spoilered anything I think could by deemed as spoiler, but even then I don't feel I gave too much away to start with

Watched 12 Years A Slave earlier this afternoon. Its not showing anywhere near here until the end of the month because Hull is backwards, so got a copy online which is a perfect rip.
Â
Excellent performances by everyone involved and at times a difficult watch. At the 15 minute mark SPOILER - Highlight the black box to read
the lashings start and Chiwetel Ejiofor takes about 20 hits, it really is brutal at times, but it obviously has to be in its portrait. Theres a lashing scene which runs for about 4 minutes
Â
Michael Fassbender was really good also and is a real nasty bastard. Could not help but this all the while that he was on screen that has to be the next James Bond - he is perfect for the role.
Brad Pitt has about 5 minutes of screen time in the two scenes he is in, and I was thinking surely they could have found someone cheaper to be in it, then it turns out that Pitt was a producer.
Michael Kenneth Williams also shows up early, which I was real happy with as I think he is really good, SPOILER - Highlight the black box to read
only to then get killed off 2 minutes later. A criminal miss-use of his talents

YES! A THOUSAND TIMES YES!

you know something I'd really like to see, a match from the wrestlers point of view. I'm not meaning make it someones gimmick or into an angle or whatever, just a one time thing and put it on WWE.com or something.
I'm not sure how they'd do it, but I was thinking along the lines of having a camera on a pair of goggles like what Edgar Davids used to wear, just so we can see what a wrestler can see as they are in a match
-
its nearly as bad as Primo's debut with Adamle.
Â
Adamle: Let me introduce you to the newest member of RAW, Primo. How does it feel to be here?
Primo: It feels great Mike, I can't wait to...
Adamle: Oh look, theres John Cena! John!...
Â
but yeah, heres these new guys who have 'quite the following', but lets not talk about them, who are these mystery people?

Someone on another forum noticed this, but check out the Dixie/Wolves pre-taped. Listen to the delivery, look at the filter on the video, check out the outfits and look at the positioning of the people on the clip. Now imagine the Brazzers logo in the corner. It is like a one of them milf porn trailers you see pop up on the tube sites. The whole set up of it seemed like Davey Richards was going to say "tryout? How about you try this out" and he gets his penis out.
Â
your spot on with that Ian.
Â
Might be a daft question here, but
Â
If Dixie Carter is the president of TNA, wouldn't she be clued up on where the finances for 'her' wrestling promotion come from and therefore know exactly who the investors are? Or is she really just that fucking daft?
-
good work my friend

Isn't that from the September 1997 Raw in MSG? If so, Shamrock was a few months into his run.

Bret is playing the heel, which happened when Shamrock was coming in at the start of 97
