I would say Lincoln is the best thing about The Walking Dead actually.
-
WHAT?! How can you not like Andrew Lincoln!!!????
-
Was it the final line? Seemed a bit of a nonsense way of ending it really. Jack O'Connell is superb though.
-
This is a Live thing with an audience though. The Smith reveal was in a pre-recorded show and they had clips of him in stuff. Just be odd if they go AND THE NEW DOCTOR IS.... and a fella walks out who nobody knows. I'm not saying I'm against that, just an odd way to do it infront of an audience is what I'm saying.

He was incredibly handsome I must admit. He posed for pictures with everyone. Apparently he's a local in this pub. I might try and live out a childhood dream and befriend Superman.
-
It must be a name as it would be slightly shit if this bloke just walks out who nobody knows
-
Met Henry Cavil in the pub yesterday near work. Top bloke.
-
I think Moff mentioned at Comic Con that it wouldn't be anyone who had been in Doctor Who before. That rules out Capaldi. Also he's too old I think.
Â
It'll be someone mid 30's I reckon.
-
That's why despite mentioning Superman was 33 a couple of times in Man of Steel they cast the 27 year old Henry Cavill.
Â
He's 30. But also the age is important for Superman given the Christ like symbolism.
-
Fassbender really is the man isn't he? Even at the Comic Con panel he just gives off 'star'.
Â
The Superman/Batman idea is a good one. Let's them introduce a new Batman, rather than just have a rebooted film which people would be interested by, but not all that mad about really. Put him in this, establish the character, then spin him off into another film on the back of the publicity and hopefully excellence of this film.
Â
Would love them to cast an older Batman, Jon Hamm maybe?
Â
Saw Man Of Steel the other day, top notch cast but the film really lacked any lightness and fun. Though I'm hopeful for the future as origin stories always suffer a little bit I suppose.
-
It's one of the most ridiculous shows on TV.
-
Are they going to pick up on the whole 'shady, unknown organisation' strand that they were seemingly building to in the first two?
-
Hayley Atwell is lovely. Always thought the twist in Avengers was going to be she was Tony Starks mother.
-
Season finale of Mad Men is brilliant. Don's speech in the boardroom is so brilliantly acted.
-
The opening scene of Inglorious is his one of, if not the, finest thing QT has ever done.
I thought Inglorious was a fine film, just needed a bit of chopping here and there.
Â
I know some critics have a pop at Quentin for genre hopping, but I like seeing a Director at least willing to take some chances, and actually enjoy making a film and putting in stuff that he wants the audience to enjoy.
-
Mark Strong is a tremendous actor though. Would make sense. I think the character will be different enough to justify him.
-
Really odd decision. Especially given the apparent nature of the character.
-
People go on about Superhero movies like they're forced to watch them. Just don't go.
-
He's worth it though. Think how much he's earnt them. Its amazing the turnaround for him isn't it? Props to Jon Favreau for having the balls to have him in that role.
-
Does anyone watch Castle? I've started watching it as its on my BT Vision Box and I've been ill. Its quite good, but way too long on the series front.
-
For what it is Death Proof is a pretty good film. Just a shame Kurt couldn't have got a 'meatier' QT role.
-
Burn Gorman was in Torchwood was he not? No chance.People just pull names from anywhere with Doctor Who. Really want Bill Nighy. It would be tremendous
-
Addison is too comedy. He's never done drama, and I doubt he would be able to. Seems people are just betting on him as he's skinny and has big hair.
-
Michael Shannon is always perfect.

Hathaway managed to come off pretty hot in Rises, and usually i just want to throw things at her
