  1. I found myself enjoying NXT:UK far more than it’s brother/sister-brand this week. Fine matches, with solid finishes, no one looked out of place, and a few stand-out performances, especially Dragunov who looked ridiculously good, (must look out his pre-WWE stuff - any suggestions?). Main event was fun, and everything I could ask for. Go Team UK!

  2. If I hadn’t just watched a debut show, which highlighted a semi-methodical, old-school, story telling match between two brothers, and was lapped up by the crowd, I might agree with you. As with fashion, perhaps pro-wrestling will reinvent itself by rehashing the best bits of yesteryear, whilst combining it with what works well now; engaging, creative story-lines. Perhaps.

  3. I say, keep the title revolving around Truth, with brief hiatus’ here and there. Maybe build for the big Drake win at Mania. It’s a fugly belt, but fits the 24/7 soap opera perfectly, and, aside from NXT, remains the only WWE product I care about right now.

  4. I enjoyed the show, including bits and pieces of the pre-show. However, I am a little baffled by The Judas Effect. Is there some back story to this mild back-elbow, or am I missing something else? It's a terrible finisher!

I'm currently learning the dance routine.

  6. If WWE don’t do something big with Marcell Bartell, it’d be a huge waste of natural talent. Instantly dislikable, a clear character, as crisp and believable as a Regal, with the nastiness of a Dave Finley. Anything pre-WWE anyone would recommend me hunting down?
