The candidates: NJPW Dominion - with an Okada/Omega classic NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 11 - New Japan's biggest show of the year NXT TakeOver Chicago - with Bate/Dunne and AOP/DIY NXT TakeOver War Games - the return of the War Games match WWE UK Championship Tournament (Night 2) - where the first UK Champion was crowned
Awards Moderator HarmonicGenerator Posted January 2, 2018 Author Awards Moderator Posted January 2, 2018 I went for the UK Championship option. Night 1 was fine and laid the groundwork, but Night 2 stepped it up and was quality from start to finish.
Awards Moderator HarmonicGenerator Posted January 10, 2018 Author Awards Moderator Posted January 10, 2018 Less than a week left to vote and Takeover Chicago has just pulled ahead of UK Championship Night 2 ... whichever one wins, it looks like our Event of the Year will definitely have had a Dunne vs Bate match!
