I hope you managed to get a hold of that rubber chicken ;)

I am a poor promoter - I have failed !

I was led to believe that I would have one but went to pick it up today to find out it wasn't available.

I considered cancelling the show at my lack of rubber chicken but alas we are still gonna run ;)

PRO-WRESTLING:EVE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH THIS EVENING AT SOUTHSIDE!

JennyvJaney.jpg

'The Female Fight Machine' Jenny Sjodin is set to defend her Pro-Wrestling:EVE Championship against EVE's resident crime fighter Super Janey B today at Southside Wrestling Entertainment's big 1 year anniversary show at The Priory Centre in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

Super Janey B is rolling into this contest on a wave of momentum following a win over Em Jay at the last EVE taping and having defeated recent EVE Championship challenger Rhia O'Reilly at the last Southside event in a Pro-Wrestling:EVE Guest Match!

The reigning Pro-Wrestling:EVE Champion Jenny Sjodin is also at the top of her game following recent victories over April Davids and the future Japanese Hall Of Famer Emi Sakura at the recent EVE V Ice Ribbon tapings in Nottingham, however Super Janey B has the home field advantage here having previously competed and gained a victory in front of the Southside fans. Additionally, if the rumours pertaining to the real identity of Super Janey B are true then Jenny is also giving up 5 years of experience and the blue and white clad hero could very well be flying away from St Neots with her first major championship, the title that can make a career - the Pro-Wrestling:EVE Championship.

Pro-Wrestling:EVE are excited to be bringing this match to Southside Wrestling Entertainment's huge One Year Anniversary show and we encourage fans of all styles of professional wrestling to make their way to The Priory Centre in St Neots, Cambridgeshire this evening (6/11/11).

The Pro-Wrestling:EVE Champion Jenny Sjodin is the submission specialist that has never won a match by pin-fall. Super Janey B is the high flying hero that has never quit. Tonight at Southside Wrestling Entertainment

Really difficult to do full review as on my phone but 7 fantastic matches last night with the main event being a brutal hardcore match . Val kabious finally got his revenge on Burridge after putting him through a table off of a ladder on the stage before T-bone pinned MVK to become new Southside champion !

BATTLE OF THE EGOS 2

3RD MARCH 2012 - DOORS 4.45 - SHOW 5.30

I am writing this statement with huge regret as I have to announce that Battle of the egos 2 is to move dates as well as lose Billy Gunn from this show. This has been in some ways a very difficult decision but honestly think that I have made the right decision.

One of the reasons I have moved the show is because it clashed with IPW on the 26th Feb and if I had continued to run it would have affected there show greatly as I had booked mine long in advance it would have meant that IPW would have lost there ring , entrance way as well as quite a few of there roster which were really important to Storylines. I am a firm believer that Andy and IPW are the no1 company in the country with regards to putting on shows and want to back them fully on there journey towards there show at the Troxy on April 28th which I feel will be fantastic for British wrestling after such a troubled year.

Andy is one of the real good guys in British wrestling and I feel it is very important for the best British promoters to work together , Andy has given me countless advice and help over the last year for which I am very grateful . Also by running on different dates if makes sure fans don't have to choose between us as well as giving quite a few wrestlers an extra booking.

On to Billy Gunn

I am going to be honest here and admit that I have messed up a bit. I had confirmed with Gunn some time ago , agreed the date and fee however I was a bit ignorant to other issues which I have worked my butt of to try and resolve but have not been able to. I could have held on to the booking with Gunn however I could not guarente 100% that he would get into the country and know that at a later date it won't be an issue. It still might not have been however I need to start promoting now and refuse to advertise someone that I can't guarentee. This is how another promotion messed up and I fully intend to be a promotion that can be trusted and respected.

Once again I would like to state that is my error and fully admit to still learning the business and will learn from this lesson. I am a fan as well as a promoter and only want to deliver the very best.

Ben

Statement above - sorry guys

In two days time we will find out who Rockstar Spud will be face at Battle of the egos - will it be T-Bone or Joel Redman ?

Also anybody wanting to purchase tickets for this show on Saturday will get 2 pound of any ticket or 5 pounds of a family one.
