  1. Former WWE Superstar, host and announcer Matt Striker is appearing on the new "Labor of Love" reality TV series from FOX.

The show features a woman trying to find the best potential father to have a child with. Striker is one of the contestants on the show. It will premiere Thursday, May 21 on FOX.

I've not watched Raw, and I don't plan to but it's absolutely crazy that Vince is asking Jerry Lawler, a man who actually had a heart attack during a live show, to travel to Florida for these unnecessary live shows. It's just as mad that, according to the report I read, that they booked Angel Garza to kiss a 'photographer' during the show. Given that WWE performers are flying in from right across the country, and given that COVID-19 is running wild there, I can't see any way that the irresponsible decision to run weekly live shows doesn't end in tears.

Haven't seen the show either but just read that it was his fiancee.

Rhea Ripley isn't going to be part of any bulk taping they're doing in the coming weeks. Visa expired, she's back in Aus and I'd guess isn't going to be back over until after the rules are loosened on lockdowns and such.

May also give some reason outside of "because she's a Flair and WWE can't build new stars" on why she lost on the weekend too.

Read that initially too but she’s since done a video denying it, saying she’s still in the US.

  4. The new series of The Circle starts tonight, I believe there were a few viewers on here last time. And also just announced that Richard Madeley will be a contestant but viewers will be choosing his profile/character etc as he won’t be being himself - hopefully some TV gold awaits!

  5. Apparently plans have changed for the first two weeks at least, with only the first hour being live on USA and then the 2nd hour on the Network

First hour of NXT to air live on USA Network and second hour to stream live on WWE Network on Sept. 18 and 25

The historic debut of WWE NXT on USA Network is fast approaching, and WWE.com has you covered with important details on how to catch all the action of the first two live episodes.

The episodes on Wednesday, Sept. 18 and Sept. 25, will air as follows:

    * The first hour will air live on USA Network starting at 8/7 C
    * The second hour will stream live on the award-winning WWE Network at 9/8 C. The second hour will then be immediately available for on-demand viewing on WWE Network.

Already announced for the Sept. 18 episode is a huge NXT North American Title bout between champion Velveteen Dream and challenger Roderick Strong of The Undisputed ERA, as well as a Triple Threat Match featuring Bianca Belair, Io Shirai and Mia Yim to determine the next challenger to NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler.

Don't miss out on a second of the action when the gold standard in sports-entertainment goes live later this month!

On Sept. 18 & 25, the first hour of #WWENXT will air LIVE on @USA_Network and the second hour will stream live on @WWENetwork!

So Freddie gave Kate/Alex 2 stars and everyone else 1 which gave Alex the win. Nice twist to end.

I've also been following Dan and Alex on Instagram and they seem to be mates now with live chats and they did a live Facebook thing today together so hearing what Dan said about Alex giving him 2 stars was a "oh shit" moment because i think they only filmed that a couple of days ago.

Viewer vote percentages also revealed but not really surprising - Alex/Kate 50.06%, Dan 24.72%, Sian 12.95% & Freddie 12.27%

I can’t remember how the Superstar Shakeup works. Will Smackdown’s roster be on Raw tonight? Are they prepared for Daniel Bryan to be the most over man on the show?

From what I remember of last years, it’s only those who are switching shows will be there. I think the majority of them just came out for a match or interview segment etc which is how the reveals were done so if it’s the same we will find out RAW’s picks tonight and SD tomorrow as storyline wise, it is the GM’s who have already decided who they are swapping.

Has anybody watched Channel 4's thing about a real jury taking part in a staged trial? I'm in two minds over whether it'll be worth my time.

I am currently watching it, in the middle of episode 4 out of 5 and it has been OK, don't know whether I would recommend it though. Think they have stretched it out a bit and could've been covered in 2-3 episodes, but interested enough to keep with it and find out what happens

  9. I'm actually looking forward to it for the fact it won't take up a huge chunk of my life. It can run for 4 hours all it wants, but the only things of any interest to me on the card are the Chamber match and the Orton/Harper match. However I expect both of those to be very good. I'll get up at 5am and I should see all I need to see before starting work at 7.00.

Any SD brand PPV's since the split have only gone about 2h40 so hoping this trend continues

  10. Hi does Terriers end on an annoying cliffhanger with it only being 1 season or did they kind of wrap things up since they knew it was going to be cancelled? I made that mistake with Huff, which was really good but only ran for one season and it left loads of stuff unanswered so kinda wish I hadn't bothered.

There were 2 seasons of Huff, although it is still on my long list of stuff to watch (along with Terriers)

  11. I know it was played in the taxi, hence him playing it, but I didn't recognise the song from the snippet on the radio. I haven't heard much Adele obviously. I wonder if they asked Dervla Kerwin back?

The Adele song was also playing (very briefly) when he first transported into the toilet and then again in Ron's car.

Also I watched the DVD interviews a while back and Dervla said she would be interested in reprising the role and had regrets about leaving but said she felt she wasn't challenged enough as well as having people around her saying that it was the right time to leave.

  12.

The NXT title match between Samoa Joe and Finn Bslor from last week in Lowell, MA will be shown on this weeks episode of NXT

I'm excited to see the match after how good their precious encounters have been. However I really hope they pro-shot it because I don't think I could sit through a whole match shot on a phone camera, which the teaser footage seems to have been recorded on.

I had read this too and have just skipped through to see the quality but there is only about a minute of 'highlights' of the match :(
