Just back from seeing The Inbetweeners movie. Really, really enjoyed it. It wasn't even marred by the morons with broad Scouse accents sat behind us going "dat's you dat is lad, you know" to each other every time one of the characters said or did something. Phenomenally popular, as well. The queue to get in the likes of which I've not seen before in a cinema, apart from the last Batman film in an IMAX place.

I've said it somewhere else in this thread i think but that's the main reason i'm reluctant to go and see it at the cinema. Just the thought of being stuck in a room with a bunch of twats who won't shut the fuck up and watch the film makes my blood boil.

I mentioned this one the last time someone did one of these threads but The Rock is the double of the guy who played Cyrus in The Warriors.

I've tried Googling but i've only got a few results so far, after 2005 it doesn't seem to be able to find anything.

So has anyone been watching the new series of Torchwood?

I have obviously and i'm loving it so far. I think the first episode was really well done, they've done a great job setting up the plot for this series and introducing the new characters/re-introducing Captain Jack, Gwen and Rhys to the audience.

Episodes 2 & 3 were also brilliant, especially 3 which i think has been the best episode of the series so far.

Also Bill Pulman is awesome as Oswald Danes.

That looks fucking awesome. The only downside is that if go to the cinema to see it(which i probably will) i can guarantee it'll be packed with knob-head, chavvy, tossers who'll ruin it.

I remember reading in Powerslam a few months ago that Paul Heyman was planning on releasing an autobiography. Has anybody got or heard anymore information on it.

Just watched the first episode of Shameless USA on More4.

I thought it was really good and i think they've done a good job of adapting it for a US audience without straying too far from the UK version.

I think i'd probably be a bit more harsh on it if it weren't for the fact that William H Macy is fucking awesome as Frank and Joan Cusack is pretty good in it as well.

Yeah it was definitly a Channel 4 episode so it might well be harder to find

I know they did do a WCW match as the main event once on an episode of Sunday Night Heat but i'm unsure on who exactly was in it. I know it was a tag team match possibly featuring Sean O'Haire and Chuck Palumbo and IIRC they went the whole hog with trying to emphasise that it was a WCW match by having not only the WCW aprons and logos on the stage/entrance ramp but they also had a different commentary team(i forget who) which lead to Kevin Kelly bitching about how even the commentary desks were being invaded.

Nightwatch- Heard lots, didnt expect anything, ended up a cross between Blade, Matrix and Deathnotes, which is no bad thing. Though is there anyone one who isnt 'an other' in the film. which kind of let it down a bit and working out who Yegor was wasnt exactly the most taxing thing ever. Still a bit of a departure. Some nice special effects on a low budget. Isnt very much like the book according to those whove read it though. Better than average.

Yeah i enjoy the film but i've gotta say the book walks all over it every time and the film is very loosely based on the book and the second film(Daywatch) even less.

I always mean to ask this but forget, on one of the early Smackdowns of 2000 was a cage match between the Outlaws and Hardys. Now, has my mind played a decade long trick on me or did Road Dogg perform a moonsault in said match by running up the three turnbuckles and jumping straight off? I ask cos I was amazed to be honest and haven't seen him do the same since or previous. Any footage?
