    Well I am fucking more than happy to throw my hands up and admit I was wrong about this card. It turned out to be a very very strong show with just one that I didn't enjoy or have the stand out showing that the rest of the show had.

    Very very happy I watched it live and they proved they can go in and really put on a fantastic match instead of being raped of time and only getting five minutes or whatever.

    You sure love the word Fuck.

    Just to follow up from this (excuse the pasting from a different thread) ;

    In case anyone missed it, the Observer reported the other day that McIntyre's signed to stay until 2027, all but confirming in my eyes that he's main eventing this show.

    Punk came back. Cody won. Drew signed. You'll all learn to trust me one day.

    I for one trust you.

    That’s nothing like the story they told. Shane and Stephanie sold their WWF stock during the Invasion/Alliance storyline to a “consortium” that turned out to actually be Ric. So he bought his way into part ownership as opposed to having any position bestowed upon him.

    My bad!

    Yeah, it was about him being a glorified stuntman - something I think Flair actually said, but Hogan's memory is shot (see thread title).

    He's stopped drinking got married, got baptised and got himself in shape.

    Maybe there's something in the waccy baccy after all!

    Looking good enough for another run brother

    What is the kayfabe story behind Magnus as GM?

    Nothing. Not that I can remember. Just that he was a well esteemed wrestler outside of WWE. I mean, Flair had a cup of coffee in WWE, And he became "GM" in 2001, purely for how legendary he was.

    Unfortunately the “prior convictions” for skying an open goal when a top star comes back from injury over the last ten years are awful, including (but not limited to) of Seth himself. About the only bloke booked worse than Rollins for more than two years after his comeback was buddy/rival Reigns, the peak of which being that late 2016 period where Owens vs Rollins existed as such a pointless, transparently time-killing feud as we all knew the U belt would end up on Roman… and yet he didn’t win it until 2018 and Seth had to wait until Mania 35. In era of two titles, inexcusable bullshit.

    New Era. If the mad old bastard was booking, I'd have no hope for Seth, but now? I'm willing to wait and see.
