I’m doing a skydive in aid of Alzheimer’s research today I’ve raised 1,600 so far today any help would be great to push me towards 2,000 for a cause close to my heart.

Only saw the first 3 matches of the main card before I tapped out due to tiredness on  my first exposure to Aew.

I’m all in on Luchasauraus such fun and I can see him being a massive breakout star for them on TNT.

Pac vs omega was a fantastic match with a great story told, only thing I didn’t like was like Roman and his reliance on the superman punch is Kennys reliance on the V-trigger.

The 3 way was just fucking stupid managed to see Allin bump against Cody from before and the idiot will be in a chair before 30 at the rate he is going.

Jr sounded irritates watching the first 3 matches wish he would take the retirement before he damages his legacy.

I’m very happy at the minute Id booked a skydive for dementia in September and wanted to get below 15 stone so 10 days ago I joined the gym and changed my diet.

1st official weigh in today and I’ve lost 8 pounds so understandably I’m delighted

batting might be a bit weak from flintoff down but to me their is plenty of runs in that top 5, hoggard was vastly underrated for me and the other 3 pick theirselves in my eyes 

I’m a care assistant for people with dementia and have done it for 8 years now, seems like some of the symptoms are there but for a starter maybe just ask your dad to book in for a memory test and then if their are signs of dementia they will help you from their it’s hard because there are so many different types of dementia including vascular it’s hard to advise until you start the process.
