Looking back at this weeks Raw it really seemed like Heyman was well out of his comfort zone on the mic trying to be a convincing babyface all of a sudden. Sure you can see their reasons for turning Brock but Heyman should always play the cunt. I think his promos are gonna suffer going forward. It looks a bit cringe seeing someone like Heyman trying to get a couple of cheap pops from the crowd. It's just not him.

I think a lot of these Patterson rumours went into overdrive after that Donahue broadcast. There's always the urban legend rumours on the internet too like Virgil only got a job with WWE because he let Pat wank him off. But yet of all the various shoots I've watched I don't recall any wrestlers actually having any issue with Pat.

There goes the booking of Piper for an appearance on the next Old School Raw. Wouldn't be surprised if they stopped him attending the HOF ceremony next year too. That Patterson has been accused of some dodgy shit over the years. It makes you wonder how much is true. Still Vince always seems to stand by him.

 

Just in case anyone else is interested, the sorely missed Kelly Kelly has a new TV show coming out, unfortunately it's a reality show based on the lives of wives and girlfriends of professional sportsmen not an action comedy show featuring regular nudity.

I'm surprised it's not about women that's been with the most sportsmen seeing how Kelly Kelly is involved. Probably see her show up on Raw in the next couple of weeks to plug the show as E! is owned by the same company as the USA Network.

I heard Owen used to blag car rides to the arenas from the hotels from fans. But sponge of that couple? Any truth to this story?  I noticed that they usually had backstage passes wrapped around their necks most of the time.

the Gund Arena held 4 PPVs - SummerSlam 96, No Mercy 99, Invasion and Survivors 04. I'm fairly sure Pink Shellsuit Man went to all four.

I wasn't happy about the way they made Owens look like a tit on this weeks show, first they made it look like he backed down from Cesaro and then he runs into the ring just to get the F5 from Cena straight away. I'm really starting to like Rusev now especially when he's jamming his crutch into super noodles throat. It also seems kinda weird that they aren't really making an effort to plug Tough Enough considering that it's also on the USA Network. And Cole was wrong again about the big 2K16 cover reveal as Austin tweeted about it before Raw. Anyway this will only send the Austin to have a match at WrestleMania rumours into overdrive.

It's not really a surprise when you check out her tweets. She used to practically beg for PPV tickets from naive wrestling fans that have a few dollars to burn. And in return she would be your date for the night.

Not a run in just more of a post match attack when Owen Hart returned at the DX PPV to kick the shit out of Michaels after being off TV for 4 weeks. Back then many assumed that Owen was done with the company and was on his way to WCW along with Bret and Davey. It was one of my fave shock return moments. It just looked perfect the way he came through the crowd without his music and wearing normal clothes it also looked like he hadn't shaved for a week or two. He looked like a man on edge wanting to kill those two fuckers for what they had done to his brother. Just a shame WWE fucked it up after a couple of weeks. They could've done some great things with Owen at that time.

I was watching Bulldog V Shamrock match again from SummerSlam 97 earlier and when Ken choked out Davey Boy and wouldn't release the hold and if you listen you can actually hear Davey say "I can't breathe".  But my point is I used to love it when the ref would call for the timekeeper to ring the bell constantly over and over hoping it would make them release the hold or stop the beat-down from happening. I used to love that stuff. Something else you never see in today's product.

The WWE camera guys could learn something from NJPW. Maria Kanellis has such an awesome ass.

Hearing lots of good things about this new Amy Winehouse documentary/movie. But apparently her dad wasn't happy about the way the movie handles her downward spiral.

That fact that Arnie is in the movie alone is enough for me to watch it. Although after reading various reviews from other sites too I'm in no hurry to see it. If Schwarzenegger is in a movie you know it's going to be watchable unless that movie is called Junior.

I think Goldberg looks a bit like Lou Ferrigno in that pic.

I bet there was no article about Predator in that issue. According to Ventura he reckons Vince was against him working on Predator, apparently Vince told Ventura he would sack him if he took Arnie up on his offer about starring in the movie. But Ventura said please yourself I'm still doing the movie. Eventually Vince gave in and to rub more salt in the wounds Ventura then told him he was going to do The Running Man afterwards too. Sounds like Jesse knew how to push Vince's buttons.

No we're 5 hours ahead of eastern time so it's 10.30am as SheepMask said.

Was watching the two best Rocky's last week and it struck me as odd that they decided to follow number 4 up with the mythical beast known as Rocky 5.

 

Why bring a franchise back so you can end it so miserably. Oh look, Rocky just defeated the hardest man ever and avenged his friends death but now he's a cabbage and has no money and lives in the shit hole from number 1. With the exception of The Measure of a man, that film was a write off before it was even shot.

Rocky moved back into the house he bought in Rocky II, but compared to the mansion he lived in Rocky III and IV it did look like a shit hole.

I'm not going to bother watching it live anyway, I would rather save it for to watch on Saturday night instead. I reckon that Jericho V Neville match could turn out to be a cracker.

Just noticed that The Beast In The East show tomorrow is only scheduled for 2 hrs. Thought it would've been longer. Most house shows run for at least 2hrs 30mins.
