Lmao I've never watched it on challenge if I'm awake I stream live if I'm not I watch it on watch wrestling the next day back in the day i would torrent it
Did we really miss this nugget where he said he would illegally stream or torrent the shows instead of watching on Challenge? Some dedication to the success of TNA that you have there, dude.

The roster, the set, the lighting, the production, the commentary, the crowds are all small time.
I quite like the giant video wall with the entrance carved into it - I actually prefer it to the Raw & Smackdown set - but I agree that everything else about the production just feels so lifeless and washed out.
-
Right now the plan is to debut Joe on that RAW but it was noted by The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that creative plans could change, but plans are in motion to bring Joe up.
This sentence annoys me. Essentially it's saying "This is happening but may not happen so don't blame me if it doesn't".
Â
It's wishy washy stuff like this which is why I cancelled my subscription last year.
-
Am I correct that of the female talent on the show, there are 10 heels and just 2 babyfaces?
With Natalya going AWOL again, I'd say there's just one babyface.

Watching the Nia Jax match it struck me that her execution is fine but her matches are boring. At her level that's down to the agents, not her.
I disagree. I find her overly tentative, lacking in aggression and that uranage slam finisher is pig ugly.
-
I'm not saying that she won't improve but at this point in her career, Nia Jax is shit.

Except the Goldberg one is from his time in WWE...

I just throw my shopping into a blue Ikea bag. I've been doing that for years.
-
I adored that main event - so much so that despite being jaded to wrestling after all of these years, that last 3 minutes of the match had my heart racing. Â Amazing drama, and that near fall from Sasha hitting the belly-to-belly suplex was awesome.
Â
The big thing I picked up on was that despite Sasha's heel work, mannerisms and tactics, she could not get a clean fall over Bayley. Â She played a blinder on her way out and making sure that Bayley was the forthright hero who everyone believes in. Â Damn, I don't think I love a character more than I do with Bayley at the moment. Â I have genuine nerves watching her as it always looks like she is one move away from being beaten before digging deep and winning again.
-
That final stretch from Bayley's extra enthusiastic entrance to running into the crowd to having Izzy join her in the ring was amazing. Bayley is such an awesome babyface.
Â
The final back and forth between she and Sasha Banks was top notch stuff. Compared to the stilted and eroded stuff delivered on Raw, this felt like a real conversation with helpings of respect, anger, aggression and passion. A real money segment.

Man, Simmons was clearly out-bumped by Yoko in that match. Â Simmons sold that clothesline like crap.

The division will be fine. Kana will provide the high quality while the newer faces keep developing, and there's Athena rumoured to be on the way too.
Â
Dana is improving but her heel taunts are dull. The bicep flex is full on Luger while the arm rubbing thing just looks weird. I quite enjoyed Carmella this week though.
Â
The new lot are getting better but there may be a drop in match quality while the pieces are put in place.

He's only one I recall as being moderately infamous due to the Green Lantern shirt, I don't recall him having a stopwatch though.
Â
The classic example:
Â
-
Was that a simple misspelling of Kana's name or is it to be her WWE name?
I would imagine that it was a typo.
Â
Coincidentally, there is a female wrestler competing for Tokyo Joshi Pro called KANNA, which gets confusing.

Hey, you saw my design!
Having said that, the Great Wrestling Knows No Gender design was much more popular.
Â
I actually looked for them as well, but I think the website that they were sold on just redirects to dodgy Chinese malware sites now. Or my laptop's knackered.
The website closed at the end of last year.

Hey, you saw my design!Â
*Say that the WWE women should be given more time to wrestle and not be just hired models who can't work*
Â
Who said that? It's the kind of thing said by someone in a SHIMMER crowd, wearing a Women Know Your Limits shirt

Lovely piece of work. Watching that also made me remember how sweet Bret's piledriver was.

I just find it strange how someone that nice hasn't had a relationship for so many years. I think men ask her out quite often but nobody ever seems to be good enough for her. That to me sounds like trust issues. Not that it matters now anyway.
Or maybe she knows her self worth and refuses to settle for anything less. Nothing wrong with that.

On the subject of joshi, I give you Kairi Hojo's elbowdrop.

Dana Brooke is just irredeemable for me. Becky and Sasha are so far ahead of her I can't even articulate it. I know she's new but she can only use that as excuse for being terrible for so long.
I don't think that she's terrible. She's fine with the tools that she has but she doesn't have many, and has got a pretty unoriginal character. A lot of the criticism should be aimed towards whoever has shoved her in front of the camera too soon.

Who's the girl with Bret Hart?
I think it's Nikki Cox.

I went to a movie-themed fancy dress party.
Â

Yes, though it tends to be said after most NXT specials.Foooooooook.
Â
Also, was that the best women's match we've had from WWE, ever?

Agreed, but it's the principle more than anything.
