Searched around 30 pages and can't find that amazing looking pork belly recipe from a while ago. Bought pork belly to serve at the weekend and wanted a great way to serve it that was a little different and thought that asian recipe would have been a great way to do it. Anyone able to find it or have I been an idiot and overlooked it on my search?

Well I may have been a little premature when I berated and belittled an innocent Chinese eBay seller due to my suspicion that he sold me a counterfeit MicroSD card. The issue was that it was 128GB card and only had a capacity of 2MB. I bought a totally legit one from Amazon the other day and it's exactly the same. My wait for Rey's image goes on.

If you didn't use this before, format your card with this. Keep all the default options:

I did indeed try that. No idea what the problem was. I went into command prompt on another PC and erased the partitions there and re-formatted it. Seems to have fixed it. However I think it may have originally been a problem with my card reader on the PC that the image and everything is on as I couldn't reconnect it. Because I'm a home network dunce, I've spent most of the evening transferring over the zip files via a USB stick onto the PC that the SD card works on. What a faff. It's now writing though. Hopefully have a good, working system for the weekend.

There's probably a formatting problem going on there, I'd doubt they're both fake.

Bloody hell that's cheap! That's the card I used for Reys and it works fine.

 

Must have been a misprice. They've just cancelled my order this morning. Confused as they've had this as a price for a really long while.

I have a pretty poor taste in television. Would much rather watch old episodes of Bergerac or Morse han the latest GOT of Waking the Dead. Despite living in the proclaimed 'Golden Age of Television' I think one area that has not improved is the wonderful world of television themes songs. 

 

After Ian's outstanding thread on Prince Among Men last year and the impending return of Twin Peaks, I think it's time to offer a tribute to great TV themes.

 

Essentially, my scientific theory based on my three nominations is that MORE RACISTS/RACISM = BETTER THEMES

 

If anyone can find me better theme songs than the following three from any time after 2010, I would be genuinely interested. 

 

 

 

 

 

In Sickness and in Health in particular is a fucking superb Chas and Dave number. 

 

EDIT: Shit, I almost forgot to post the song that inspired me to set this thread up. Honestly, I quite get often get back from the pub and listen to this followed up by The Soviet National Anthem. I also quite often listen to political speeches because I'm a saddo. Watch me blub to the Gettysburg Address or Ronald Reagan speaking to the nation after the Challenger disaster some time.

 

 

That's a truly superb piece of music and the sound track for Peaks in general is outstanding.

Twin Peaks has been confirmed for 21st May.

Better brush up on your backwards-speak, because Twin Peaks‘ journey back into the red room will begin on Sunday, May 21, at 9/8c, with a two-hour premiere.All told, the revival will consist of 18 hours, Showtime president and CEO David Nevins announced on Monday afternoon at the Television Critics Association winter press tour.

Nevins also shared that immediately following the two-hour opener, Episodes 3 and 4 will be available On Demand and via Showtime’s streaming platform. “We’ve seen the whole thing… and the version of Twin Peaks you’re going to see is the pure-heroin version of David Lynch,” Nevins said. “I’m very excited to put that out.” Storyline-wise, Nevin would only reveal that it’s “about Agent Cooper’s odyssey back to Twin Peaks,” and that an “emotional” story grounds the 18-hour run. Those waiting for a trailer, meanwhile, should plan on waiting. Maybe forever. Nevins indicated that a themed series of teasers (a la American Horror Story) could unspool prior to its May premiere.

Later discussing the unthinkable impact Twin Peaks could have now, in the social-media age, he added, “It rewards close watching, making sure you’re paying attention to details and putting things together over time.”

Got a Raspberry Pi 3 recently. Got RetroPie. Where's the best, most reliable place to get ROMs from? I hear Pi3 can do PS1 games too. So looking into that and the usual NES/SNES/SEGA lot.

If anyone likes a decent Kodi Build then try one called Wizardflix, it's a really good build that you can integrate Exodus, Tapp On TV guide etc and it is free, just google how to install Wizardflix as there is plenty of guides on how to do it. 

You able to link one? All of the guides I've seen for Wizardflix tell you to put in a URL including kodimadeeasy and I can never get it to work. Are there any other ways that I'm maybe missing?

That's stating the obvious. They could've done something better.

 

Maybe because it was being at Wrestlemania in person and anything could have happened and I would have liked it. But I must say I quite enjoyed it. It was something different to break up the show.

It's almost as if Jim wanted to be caught.
