  1. So trophy tournament this sunday at stockport. Think from the first round matches it is looking like a Zack gibson vs Jack Gallagher final with gibson getting the shot anytime vs t-bone.

But futureshock has been a great show over the past year with their shows, so you just never know. Even Mark Massa is winning now.

  2. After watchin the match twice which i dont think i have done in ages, both times nearly had me in tears.

Great storytelling throughout! For WWE standards this year nothing this year is coming near them 2 bayley vs banks matches.

Only match that came close overall for me emotionally was will ospreay vs jimmy havoc at progress.

When u build wrestling matches properly they work. Bring on the 3 hour drag that is Raw

  3. If anyone didn't go to the show:

Bubblegum beat allmark, ashton and cooper in a 4 way - this was a really good match all round, think we will be seeing xander again sometime.

Iestyn rees beat charlie garrett via distraction and power bomb.

T bone beat Dave rayne in a battering with what can only be called as a vertical suplex into a tombstone piledriver.

El ligero beat Tomasso Ciampa - excellent match, ciampa made a little girl cry at ringside (made up after) but really got him over as the baddie in this. Must be a decider sometime soon in pcw.

Sha Samuels beat lionheart via sleeper - not a bad match, right man won sha is great as a bad guy and looks like sometime soon will be challenging mastiff for the title.

Joey hayes and maaaartin kirby beat the wards. The wards are a pretty fun team who before the match brought a black labrador into the ring to auction it off, poor dog :(.

Drew Galloway beat noam dar - Match of the night and with it being 1-1 this must continue.

The match included dar being bodyslammed through the fire exit, fighting on the bar. Match ended via 2 futureshock ddt's by drew on dar. Big pull apart brawl at the end as well.

Dave Mastiff beat bobby lashley by pin in the main event, good enough scrap.

Mastiff was then beatdown by fwb which lead to kirby trying to cash in his briefcase but to no avail as it just ended with kirby and mastiff clearing the ring.

Overall decent show, smaller than usual crowd but would recommend seeing it on dvd just for the ligs vs ciampa and dar vs galloway matches.

  4. Results:

    Bailey beat ddl

    Drake beat bubblegum

Wonderland beat hope, mcgregor and price.

Mark massa beat charlie garrett in the biggest shock ever. Massa never wins

Gibson beat ashton smith in match of the night

T bone returned to beat xander cooper for the title.

If you want hot crowds tonight was it. Really good show

  5. Same thoughts, very fun show especially the first match which was turned into a 6 man match i guess due to the GPW clash. This was between Charlie Garrett & The Hooligans vs Team Single & Bubblegum which included such things as wheelie bins being thrown, bubblegum ending up in a bin, guardrails & scaffolds being chucked - just really good fun with Garrett pinning Bubblegum

Chris Masters beat Ashton Smith in a decent enough match, which included the debut of referee Joel Allen's new hairdo like a shorter afro, found it hard cheering for Masters after months of him being resident "dickhead".

Viper beat Toni Storm with the Michinoku Driver, Storm is someone i could easily see in WWE in a couple of years.

Dave Mastiff beat Mystery Opponent Dave Rayne in pretty much a comedy squash.

El Ligero beat Xander Cooper - Good match, Cooper looked good in his PCW singles debut plus he was wearing the peacock robe which obviously got him Shit Ric Flair chants.

Joey Hayes and Martin Kirby beats The GZRs via slip slide assisted headbutt to tom irwin's balls via sebastian.

The GZRs after they had lost asked for another match, which got answered by the Hooligans who just hammered them.

  6. It was a belter of a show last night!

Got to admit i had Dave Rayne winning hands down last night, so that finish was shocking plus the crowd were as shocked as well.

Gallagher vs Gibson was another good one in their mini series of matches.

As for the TLC match, i liked that they didn't use the ladder a lot (going up for the belts), brawl went all over the building and the Wolves and The Models had their working boots on.

Only down-point was the women's match, would like to see some different matches now not just Dani Hunter Vs Lana again.

  7.

Yeah Liger needed his proper music. Was the woman with Rollins that lass he was caught sending dick pics to?

    Yes.

Am very tempted to go to the Sheffield show depending on ticket prices.

Out of interest how big is the Empress Ballroom in Blackpool?

Usually when the darts is on in there i would say 1,000 - 2,000 capacity . Top venue though

  8. I will be there for the show tomorrow, should be a great show with the line up above.

Just to add to the identity of the 3rd man in the tag team match it is Henry T Grodd who is from the Futureshock School who has been on shows for the past year or so he is a bit like Don Meacho in size and movement.

Title vs Career - I think Rayne is winning this but i am expecting T-Bone to interfere as he has been banished for the last couple of shows since he got arrested by a police officer at one of the Stockport shows on behalf of Xander Cooper. But one little gripe that has been turning up in the Main event of the last few shows at Prestwich is the "referee gets knocked down TNA" finish and always with the same ref - Mike from the Council he is as bad as Des at PCW for getting knocked over.

4 way match (Adrenaline Title) - Durson apart from Xander Cooper has been the MVP of the Futureshock shows this year including winning the Lotto Thunder tournament beating Rampage Brown and Jack Gallagher, plus coming close to beating Xander for the title.

Mark Massa has never won in the 3 years i have been going, Drake and Smith are good hands so should be a fun match.

  9. Results for anyone who didn't go:

El Ligero won the 6 way vs Garrett, Ashton Smith, Allmark, Ophidian, Luther Ward

Iestyn Rees beat Dave Rayne via Powerbomb (Looks like Rees has joined the FWB)

Team Single hammered The Brolievers (As mentioned above)

Noam Dar beat Drew Galloway (Awesome match, Drew has improved tons since his WWE days)

Redragon beat Joey Hayes & Martin Kirby (Redragon now face Team Single at the ROH supershow)

Dave Mastiff beat Bubblegum and Chris Masters in a 3 way elimination match

    Lionheart beat Rockstar Spud

Sha Samuels beat Kris Travis via sleeper

Dave Mastiff vs Samoa Joe was the main event but ended up in a double dq after Friends with Benefits ran in, but Joe and Mastiff were then saved by Chris Masters who was turned on by bubblegum during 3 way. It was then announced Mastiff will face Jeff Jarrett at the October Fright Night Show, also making an appearance is Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat.
