Help required: Early 2010s Michael Cole (or was it Matt Striker?) quote in praise of World Of Sport

Some time about a decade ago in Powerslam, there was a quote printed from Michael Cole or possibly Matt Striker that  they had been watching old World of Sport matches on YouTube and had been really impressed by the technical wrestling on show.

I wanted to use this quote on Wikipedia but can't find it in Powerslam.

Can anyone recall who it was and when and what they said? Ideally which issue of Powerslam it was in but any other source for the quote including the original broadcast will do.

Please assist.

I mainly recall it got printed in Powerslam.  I've looked through my back issues but can't find the quote.

It would be a good addition to the Professional wrestling in the United Kingdom article as evidence of the reach and influence of classic ITV footage on YouTube - i.e. that it was actually getting plugged by a WWE announcer on WWE television.

Yes, that may be the one.

If anyone could direct me to the issue of Powerslam with the quote in it, that would be really superb
