Scorpion_Deathlock Posted August 5, 2014 Share Posted August 5, 2014 Just downloaded a bunch of AJPW matches from the 90's, watched a lot of this stuff back in the day (Thanks to GWI in Manchester) and I'm pleasantly surprised at how well it holds up compared to other stuff from this era. Probably due to the lack of gimmicks, I guess proper storytelling never goes out of fashion. Still absolutely brutal though, watching Steve Williams drop Kobashi on his head still makes you wince.
