I'm not against the idea of buying them from his site but would kind of like to try it to see if its for me before hand. Â Does anyone have them and willing to do me some copy's? Â Â Yup, DDP puts a lot of full sessions on Youtube to give people a taster. Just look for his Energy workout, that's a solid basic tryout.
