-- "FUTURE" is a concept now on event number 6 from IPW:UK pitting the graduates of the IPW:UK training academy up against main roster pro's.

At Future #5, 'Dazzlin' Darrell Allen (one half of The Bhangra Knights) defeated 7 other men on his way to winning the first ever "Sprint Series" tournament. His reward for this series of victories will be the chance of a lifetime as he takes on the man who is currently the IPW:UK Undisputed British Champion - Sha Samuels!

On top of this we also feature Lucy Clayden vs. Sakura Lily. Clayden is undefeated in singles competition in IPW:UK having previously beaten Violet and Hannah Harmstone. She was however on the losing team at Future #6 - a team which featured Sakura Lily, the finest female product in IPW:UK academy history, who was making her IPW debut!

Coming at you from The White Oak Leisure Centre in Swanley, Kent, Sunday September 16th, doors at 3.45pm and show start at 4.00pm!

Full recap, from ipwuk.com:

September 2012 is now in the IPW:UK books, and it was an eventful weekend to say the least!

The next afternoon the stars of the IPW:UK Academy took to the ring. Debuts included The Wizz Kids pairing of Joel Martinengo and Lance Lawrence, just coming up short against The London Riots. Sha Samuels' Head of Security was powerful and impressive against the masked high flyer Sora, whilst Big Bear Barrington picked up his first pro victory over 'Awesome' Andy Nickols in a triple threat contest.

In the first of the two co-main events of the evening, British legend James Mason (who had spent the afternoon taking an IPW:UK exclusive wrestling seminar) bested 'Earl' Jonathan Windsor (who, despite his slimey attitude and two pinfall defeats, still had a break-out weekend) via pinfall, leaving the crowd wanting to see a lot more of both men.

Then, in the IPW:UK World Title Match, Sha Samuels successfully made the 8th defence of his title, seeing off July's "Sprint Series #1" winner 'Dazzlin' Darrell Allen by pinfall. Allen put in a superbly strong account of himself and came close to causing the upset on two separate occasions, but Samuels hasn't amassed the title of longest ever reigning IPW:UK World Champion without showing his fight, resolve and his penchant for rule breaking whenever the chance presents itself!

IPW:UK are back in Swanley on December 1st for both the "Future #7" matinee card and the "Caged Warfare" evening event, both of which tickets are on sale for now, here: http://www.ipwuk.com/events/2012/12/01/caged-warfare-2012
