knightmare Posted July 5, 2011 Share Posted July 5, 2011 WAW begin their eighth summer season in Gt Yarmouth with a seven week run beginning 24th July at the Atlantis Arena Great Yarmouth nr30 2ew. the show dates are July 24 31, Aug 7 14 21 29th bank holiday monday, Sept 4th, all shows will begin at 7-15pm. knightmare Posted July 25, 2011 Author Share Posted July 25, 2011 results from opening night,  Little Legs/Sam Knee bt The Metalheads  Ivan Trevors bt TJ Daniels  Alex Young bt Canary Kid, Milky O'Hagen and Stan in a fourway tornado match to become number contender for the british light-heavy weight championship.  Destiny bt Liberty when guest referee Britani Knight DQed Liberty for outside interference from Amy-Lee Kramer  Zebra Kid/Sam Slam Naylor w/Tommy Lee bt Bex/Karl Kramer w/Rick Knight when Zebra Kid hit Bex with the Ring spanner whilst referee Jimmy Oceans back was turned. the night finished in mayhem as the teams brawled and fans were involved post match.  Referees Jimmy Ocean Britani Knight Joe Penny Carl Ford  MC Mike Mann. Turned out it was the week when it was on the Monday 'cause of the Bank Holiday. Still I got to see about 100 trucks convoy their way down the sea front instead. Which was a shame because everyone involved with WAW was great. We had a fantastic time especially my 2 wrestling mad lads. I wish we could come along and support all your shows (shame it's a long drive from Derbyshire). Hopefully you'll be in GY next year as it's always the first thing my boys want to do. knightmare Posted August 1, 2011 Author Share Posted August 1, 2011 RESULTS 31ST JULY  Zebra Kid and Tommy Lee came out at start of show and cockily ask where the Channel footage was, proving that Zebra had used a ring spanner in the main event the previous week. Rick Knight and Bex came out and said the C4 camera had been stolen and pointed the finger at Lee. Bex accused his brother of running scared and challenged Zebra to a match. Tommy Lee, Zebra's manager declined but set a challenge for anyone backstage to face the World champ there and then. Academy star Canary Kid answered the challenge and was met with derision from the Midas two. Ricky Knight then took the mic and said if the Kid lasted ten minutes he got Zebs wages, if he lasted 12 minutes, Bex would get an instead title shot, in the event,  Zebra Kid w/Tommy Lee bt Canary Kid in 11-40  London Inc bt Metalheads, Young ones and Sam Knee/Brad O'Brien in 4 corners match to become number one contenders for WAW tag titles.  Sam Slam Naylor bt Solomon after interference from Tommy Lee  Britani bt Amy-Lee Kramer  Phil Powers bt Bex on a count out after zebra Kid came out and Bex cleared the top rope to attack him and a brawl between the two broke out.  Marco Marinelli bt Ivan Trevors  Ladies tag challenge  Busty Keegan/Black Widow/Destiny bt Sweet Saraya/Amazon/Liberty  Refs Jimmy Ocean Joe Penny Carl Ford Milky O'hagen MC Mike Mann Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
