Following the success of the Showcase we look to build and move forward with Road 2 Glory. The first of a 2 show event which will be used to crown the first ever SCW champion.  The event will feature the 6 winners from the showcase along with 2 more hand picked talents from SCW staff and mr-showtime.  The draw for the 8 man event will be made and posted online following the 8 men been signed and sealed.  'Red Tiger' Axel Bowen has promised to make up for his defeat to Paul Malen in his UKFF top 50 challenge and is looking for a top 50 member to accept the challenge. We will find out who has accepted this time very soon.  This event has lots of surprises and is set to be another top night of family based entertainment. mr-showtime Posted February 20, 2011 Author Share Posted February 20, 2011 After 'The Showcase' last night we can now confirm spots will be offered to  James Mason Andy Poole Chris Walker Jo Conners Falcon Paul Malen  These men will have 2 weeks to choose whether to accept there spot in the event or not. We will update you as we get the answers back from last nights winners. SCW staff are also working hard on finding you 2 more great wrestlers to fill the final spots should all 6 men accept.  Also the 'Red Tiger' Axel Bowen UKFF top 50 challenge will be taking place again with the current score 1-0 UKFF thanks to Paul Malen pinning Tiger last night.  Once all 8 men have been confirmed we will do the draw for the Road 2 Glory title tournament and post it on the UKFF and on our facebook page for all to see  **********************************************  This week only we are running speical early bird ticket offers. mr-showtime Posted February 21, 2011 Author Share Posted February 21, 2011 We at SCW are very proud with the first match signed to take place at Road 2 Glory.  As you all now know Red Tiger Axel Bowen is on a one man mission to gain enterance to the UKFF top 50. In doing this he is taking on anybody from the top 50 in one on one action.  At the showcase he came up short and went 1-0 down thanks to Paul Malen.  It has taken no time for SCW to find another top 50 member to come and take on Tigers challenge. At Road 2 Glory Tiger will face number 9 Martin Kirby  SCW are excitied and looking forward to welcoming Martin and look forward to seeing this match unfold. mr-showtime Posted February 23, 2011 Author Share Posted February 23, 2011 SCW's Road To Glory is starting to take shape slowly.  With only 'the bird of pray' Falcon not taking his place in the 8 man title chase. 5 Men are already confirmed.  James Mason Paul Malen Jo Conners Andy Poole Chris Walker  Are the first 5 men in the event. The other 3 men will be picked over the next 10 days and a draw will be made and published online asap.  The return tag match from the showcase which seen speical forces beat the hunter brothers will not be happening at Road 2 Glory. Special forces refused the re match issued by the hunter brothers saying they have nothing else to prove. SCW staff want to give the fans what they want. Well all 8 contenders are ready to go and now awaiting the draw to take place to see who will face who.  We can now confirm the 8 people taking part in the Road 2 Glory title chase are ...  The 5 winners from 'the showcase'  James Mason Paul Malen Jo Conners Andy Poole Chris Walker  Along with the hand picked guys from SCW staff. The 3 guys that have been picked to fill up the 8 man event are  DDA (diamond Dave Andrews) Come from the well respected house of pain training school. DDA is a solid all rounder who is without a doubt on his way to big things. This could be a huge step up for him if he can come through this field and become first ever SCW champion.  Lee Heron - Another one from the house of pain training school. Very strong, dangerous wrestler who is a serious contender for this event.  Mark Massa - Standing at 6 foot 4 this powerhouse is one all the wrestler's will be wanting to avoid in the first round. Mark Massa is not just big, not just strong but he has little self controll over his actions. Mark is a very very dangerous contender.  We are very proud of the 8 men we now have for the title chase and anyone of them would be worthy of been first ever SCW champion. Then the semi finals and the final will both take place at the next show.  So its a 2 event title chase.  We have got 5 great matches lined up already with 2 more still to come. This is so familys can still attend the shows without the fear of a late night on what is a school night. Â We are also proud to annouce that we have another highly thought of Birmingham based tag team now joining SCW and the SCW tag league. Â This tag team will debut at Road 2 Glory and will be in action. Â The tag team in question are Pete and Damian THE DUNNE BROTHERS Â We look forward to welcoming the dunne brothers and many other top tag teams to SCW. mr-showtime Posted March 25, 2011 Author Share Posted March 25, 2011 I have just had a phone call from a fan who has bought tickets for this sundays event 'Road 2 Glory' who has said he can now no longer make it to the show.  We have offered him a refund many times but he has refused to accept it in a show of support for our product.  Between myself and the fan we have agreed to re-sell the tickets at just a fraction of the cost.
