Was it Ralphy?
Could have been. Was also the same guy that handed over his pint at the bar to Samoa Joe at his last UK ROH show in Liverpool

They say if you've never had a bad interaction with a wrestling fan then it's you that's 'that guy!'
That being said, also had a fond memory of the guy handing out chocolate bourbon biscuits at the first UK ROH show. A bit random, but a kind gesture.

Anyone picked up the new Maiden album? If so, thoughts?

Don't know what everyone else was watching but that Jericho opener was a clusterfuck!

I personally think that Page's opportunity to be made a genuine superstar is over! He doesn't have the most inspiring of gimmicks outside of the "Cowboy Shit" stuff. He drinks alcohol and hangs about with the Dark Order, yet he's white hot with thw crowd at the moment and I suspect delaying putting the belt on him and giving much needed air time to the rumoured new arrivals will cool any momentum that he had going for him. Even if he does get an opportunity later on I don't see it having the same impact.

One of the best and worst songs of all time, all at the same time!

I guess that means he's finally retired for real this time.

With experts and commentators now likening the Trump organisation to a criminal family, who's going to jail for it?
CFO Allen Weisselberg being the first person charged leaving Donald Trump between a rock and a hard place. Does he save himself and his company or his long time friend? If it's the former then it leaves it open for Weisselberg to turn witness for a lesser charge.
Don Jr and Eric Trump have both been on television recently to defend the actions of the company as normal and no hint of understanding of the wrongdoing they have committed or the seriousness of their actions.
All Trump family members act as senior members of the company so would be extremely difficult to use any form of ignorance or deniability as a form of defence.
The defence being used so far is that the charges are not that serious and that it's all politically motivated. As one expert put it - if you earn $50,000 a year, you would have to be avoiding tax for approximately 70 years to get close to the numbers that are being mentioned at this stage.
Talk is also getting louder about Ivanka as documents have come to light showing her to receive salaried income and consultancy income while being employed as a member of President Trumps staff. This could be interesting as she is currently distancing herself from "daddy" both professionally and personally.
I have a feeling Teflon Don will be the only one out of the family to avoid jail. I can very much see him put the blame on his children.

I mean that's not what they did though is it. They had Heyman, a heel manager, come out and push his client as the most important champion in the company and the industry. Big difference.
Thats exactly what he did, by belittling everyone as mere "title holders" and then they want you to care about the main event! Not happening.

Nice way to start off Smackdown by belittling the champions and their titles.

I'm starting to get the impression that he's widely thought of as a bit of a prick, but nobody wanted to throw the first stone.
I was at one of his Q&A sessions at the Manchester comic con. As you can imagine a lot of teens and children in the audience would only know him from his time in Doctor Who, so that's what the majority of the questions were based around. After answering three or four questions he curtly blurted out that "I have done other film projects, you know" when asked about one of his films that involve the story going backwards (fuck knows which one!), he was asked if he found the filming process confusing. The look he gave the poor person was equal to the way people look at shit on the bottom of their shoes. He could barely respond saying that it's all filmed in order before zoning out and looking totally bored. Got the feeling that he was a prick from that encounter that day and someone who's up his own arse.

Here's a question. What's the line in Blind by Korn. I've been listening to it ever since it first came out but I can never tell if Jonathan Davis is singing I can see I'm going blind or, I can't see, I'm going blind.

I'm going with dislocated

Didn't the same thing happen in ECW. There was a similar type match that was held on their TNN show and was a complete let down.

If this has a 30 minute countdown timer until everything explodes the main event is definitely ending in a draw.
Normally the idea is that someone has to win before the timer counts down to zero to stop the explosions. Once the timer has gone off and everything explodes then the match can still continue although slightly anti climatic at that point.

In 1970, Stereovision, a new entity founded by director/inventor Allan Silliphant and optical designer Chris Condon, developed a different 35 mm single-strip format, which printed two images squeezed side by side and used an anamorphic lens to widen the pictures through Polaroid filters. Louis K. Sher (Sherpix) and Stereovision released the softcore sex comedy The Stewardesses (self-rated X, but later re-rated R by the MPAA). The film cost US$100,000 to produce, and ran for months in several markets.[citation needed] eventually earning $27 million in North America, alone ($140 million in constant-2010 dollars) in fewer than 800 theaters, becoming the most profitable 3-Dimensional film to date, and in purely relative terms, one of the most profitable films ever. It was later released in 70 mm 3D. Some 36 films worldwide were made with Stereovision over 25 years, using either a widescreen (above-below), anamorphic (side by side) or 70 mm 3D formats.[citation needed] In 2009 The Stewardesses was remastered by Chris Condon and director Ed Meyer, releasing it in XpanD 3D, RealD Cinema and Dolby 3D.

The Western world porn industry failed to adapt when it really needed to but slowly and reluctantly took progressive steps forwards which by now has only prolonged its stronghold on how it use to operate.
Out of interest. Where do you think it failed to adapt? The porn industry has always been an innovator. At one point the most succussful 3D movie profit wise was a porno, which no doubt helped the pursuit of improving the technology. Also, online credit card security was in a lot of ways created by and credited to the porn industry.

Off to see Black Stone Cherry on Tuesday. Same thing, need a Covid passport from the NHS app. Also concerned about catching Covid and not looking forward to being amongst a crowd again, I struggle with anxiety at the best of times so... we'll see.
